Perfect location. Wonderful views

I would have like blockades put on the verandah between the other suites as it made me feel a bit uncomfortable that people could just walk by all the windows in the unit. It also meant whenever I did go outside to the back to see the view, there were only people you could see too.

The view was very nice to wake up to - the Glasshouse Mountains in the distance. The room was quite spacious and had a very comfy bed. It had all the amenities that were mentioned in the listing as well (microwave, fridge, TV etc).

Some areas outside were a little run down and need some renovation but the unit itself was lovely. It would also be great to have a dish drainer and more tea towels in the unit as there was nothing to put dishes on after washing up.

The best part of our stay was that the unit had an absolutely gorgeous view!! Glasshouse Mountains was beautiful. We had a lovely couple of days. The unit was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable to sleep in. Thank you!

The rooms were a little older and perhaps due for an uplift - but they were clean and the staff were great so other than a little tired it was a great location for us and the reason for staying in Malaney.

View was great, the people and food in the Irish pub were fantastic and the proximity to Tiffany's where the wedding was made this location ideal for us.

Heater was too noisy to leave on while sleeping. It got quite cold. Would be nice to have a toaster in room. Could do with a bit more lighting around desk area.

Seeing as Tranquil is advertised for weddings, conferences, etc, I think general improvements need some attention, such as touching up paint chips, etc. The restaurant atmosphere was lovely, the scenery is beautiful, and the staff where perfect but the cost of the meal versus what you receive can be improved, my wife ordered the Guinness Pot pie, and there was plenty, however, I ordered the chicken schnitzel and for the price, the chicken was very thin and quite small, The breakfast though was decent value, and plenty of it for the price, and the staff where very prompt and very friendly. The parking is a bit of an issue, there are not enough spots for each room and I often ended up parking a bit of a distance from our room.

Our room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot shower pressure was perfect, and nice and hot. The carpet floor needs better insulation as we could feel the cold coming up through the floor. A doona on the bed would be a better alternative for those cold nights. The scenery was divine, and sitting on the balcony was just lovely.

Our last last 5mins when loading the car encounted a very rude male cleaner, abruptly telling us to put the couch back before we leave, because he doesn't want to pull his back out again.

Everything was excellent accommodation, food, drinks, scenery, facilities. Compliments to the Chef!!!

- The room only had a bar fridge , microwave and Kettle. The room only had 2 glasses, 2 coffee mugs and 2 wine glasses and 2 tea spoons. No other cutlery , dishware or anyway to cook other than the microwave. - The restaurant seemed a bit over priced for what the meal was but I wasn't going to complain too much about not cooking for myself. - The tiles in the bathroom/shower are VERY slippery when wet. Almost slipped into the glass surrounds of the shower twice. - There is no after hours returns box for your room key if you want to check out when the reception is unattended.

The view from the lounge room was excellent. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower had enough room for 2 people to use it at the same time. The room also had a spa bath which was also big enough for 2 people.

It was a bit rundown and the furniture and building was old. It was clean and had new appliances though.

The view was amazing and it was very peaceful and relaxing The rooms were large and had a great verandah.

only that I would have liked a quilt as it would have been nice to cuddle up with.

loved the view, loved the food at Patrick’s, loved the location. it is a motel so you are getting what you paid for but the view it amazing. I recommend, if you like cozy, bring a doona or cuddly blanket. we did not use the coverlet that was on the bed but we not cold as we used the heater a little at night. water pressure was really good. we want to come again.

The balcony that everyone shared was old and needs making stronger to feel safer sitting up so high. The winds at night were pushing the table and chairs down the balcony and old sliding door open.

The price and location were good, and the views of the mountains were amazing!
