Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe access to the hotel from the carpark is frustrating; and suggest taking advantage of the 15 minute parking just past the hotel entrance to unload/load luggage. The lifts are small and slow; and if the Reception area if crowded, expect a wait.
The location to Docklands (Marvel) Stadium is excellent; and the Spencer Street precinct. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Docklands for a weekend stay and ideal for work weeks where appointments are in the Docklands area.

Great location near public transport and within walking distance to a lot of local attractions like the dfo’s, aquarium and marvel stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful :) Our room was ready early and they called us to let us know we were able to check in

AustraliaTricky to find when coming from the train station after being dropped off by Skybus. Eventually got there and found out afterwards there was a lift to the road level the hotel is on after we battled through 4 flights of steps with suitcases.
The location. We went for the football at Marvel, if you want to go to Marvel the location is simply spot on, less than 400m to the ground and eating and drinking places very close by.
