Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe rooms were quite dated, the elevators were slow, the room was not clean on arrival. We had long dark hair in the bathroom and were charged nearly $300 extra for the use of a fold out couch for my son which we were only notified about when we confirmed our stay. Friends that syaed the same time were given complimentary breakfast, but we weren't.
The reception area and check in was nice.

AustraliaThe bed and pillows. No mattress protector and wrong sized bottom sheet that didn’t reach or tuck in. 2 different types of pillow. Both dreadful. No replenishing of tea bags. After first night 1 glass mysteriously disappeared. Asked for another. Did don’t get one. Very noisy sliding doors to balconies like they need new rollers and people were going out all through the night. I’m guessing to smoke.
It was conveniently located.

AustraliaThe temperature gauge on the heater/ air conditioner did not seem to be working.. The Spa pool was not operating and it looked like the swimming pool cleaner had a day off.
Great service. Quick and easy check in, room serviced every day. Rooms had a good view and bath.. Could watch TV from bed and couch.
