There’s lots of stairs which won’t suit everyone. Limited space to sit as a group - especially when the weather is not kind.

The location was perfect for the activities our group were in Sydney for. The decor of the property is outstanding. An eclectic collection from a lifetime of travels we thought. Our hostess went above and beyond with stocking the fridge and was super generous with coffee (sensational coffee machine btw), tea and other drinks. A cheese platter was an unexpected surprise.

The properties hosts really made our stay. Stocked pantry and fridge really went over in a big way with our family of six. Also the helpfulness on any aspect of our stay in Sydney. Not to mention the well appointed and comfy beds and linen. The property is as it says “ a penthouse among the trees “ and we traversed through an eclectic mix of stairs, pots, statues and hidden alley to reach our destination. The apartment is decorated with an asiatic world traveler type of vibe and this all added to the charm and feeling of nesting among the buzz of the city below. Coming back to our treetop retreat each evening after a day of sightseeing with active teenagers was Bliss. So much so we stayed an extra night .

Hard seats by the kitchen table, it was not very comfy to sit there. Also, there was no aircondition, only fans.

We loved the location - perfectly nested between Dover Heights, Rosebay and Vaucluse. If you like Eastern suburbs, there is perfect opportunity to easily get to Watsons Bay, Bondi Beach, Rose Bay. The kitchen was very well equiped. Nearby is Coles and really tasty Fish and Chips shop. Wendy was really kind person.

We wanted a treat for our stay in Sydney, and my gosh, what a treat it was. Wendy was a fab host and messaged us before hand with any breakfast requests. We were left an incredible array of items and cheese and biscuits. The apartment is beautiful, clean and the bathroom is incredible. Two massive balconies and external doors to each bedroom. So close to the ferry terminal, and a really nice peaceful neighbourhood. On street free parking and a 2 minute walk to the supermarket. Thank you for having us.

The place would benefit from having air conditioning and fly screens installed on the three sliding doors. We were lucky that the weather was not too hot and the breeze cooled the place down well. Otherwise, it would be a quiet uncomfortable with only pedestal fans.

The apartment is very cute. All you need for a comfortable stay with lots of extras offered. The breakfast included was great. The bedrooms were a good size with a new bathroom for 6 of us. Wendy is a great communicator with her cohost there to help when it’s needed.

This little 3bdm apartment in beautiful Rose Bay was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous setting. The 3 bedrooms were a great size, gorgeous amenities, so lovely that Wendy got us milk and bread among other treats. It was clean, quiet, and just a beautiful spot to stay, wonderful walks, and easy access to transport! Definitely recommend 10/10 to staying here.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at Wendy’s apartment. The apartment is absolutely lovely in Rose Bay and it’s just a 10 minute ride from Rose Bay to the center of Sydney with the ferry and close to Bondi Beach.

Stairs. So many stairs but so totally worth it.

House was lovely. So many interesting things to look at in the decor, serene gardens and balcony's. Shops we literally 1minute walk away. Great location. Wendy the owner was so lovely and was great with communicating and popped amazing welcome snacks and breakfast items in the fridge for us.

The steps going up to the flat are a bit uneven and most don't have handrails.

Wonderfully decorated, big bedrooms with absolutely lovely hosts, great communication and cheese and biscuits on arrival! Definitely reccomend!
