The bed is over rated, too spongy, feels like a water bed, not comfortable; the toilet bowl is far too low; and there are moulds and tiny gnat-like insects in the bathroom

Th room is very small for a studio and the fact that there was a gap between the bath room door and where it closes.

Loved the staff who were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the city and public transport.

Firstly, the rooms were tiny. I get we aren't paying a premium but there was barely any space for us to have luggage on the floor or cupboards and/or to even move around each other in the room. Secondly, was advertised as "parking available" but it was street parking only and not ideal to have to be renewing the parking every 3 hours at a total cost of around $42 for any work day. Lastly, TV's only had free to air TV.. couldn't even use our netflix account on them. I've stayed in dirt cheap motels for work where they at least have netflix on the tv's to be able to use your own account.

The hotel was very nice for the money we paid. Not wanting anything too expensive as we were going to be out for majority of the time it suited us for a place to sleep each night after our days. A lot of hotels for similar price tend to be run down and lack general maintenance. Hotel was in a nice central location making it easy to get to everywhere we needed to go.

The only issue was when I tried to check in they almost charged me twice but it was just a misunderstanding and everything was fixed immediately.

The bed was very comfortable and the location is great for a quick city stopover. Hip, stylish lobby area and the rooms are small but they have everything you need.

Did not like that the double bed was against the window, the bathroom walls were frosted so light flooded the bedroom when you used the bathroom and we did not like that the water from the shower flowed over the majority of the bathroom flower.

The rooms are physically too small for me to stay there again ! I struggled to get around the room OR the bathroom .

The restaurant food was terrible! The fries tasted like fish! to call the salad "Cesar's salad" is a cheek!

The little milk carton in the fridge for guests use had already been opened. I was not familiar with the working of the coffee machine.

The room temperature was cold but the staff gave me a heater to use. I needed a place for a couple nights and this was the cheapest I could find but I felt the room was overpriced. I've stayed in apartment before for the same price. I get that prices have gone up but I still felt it was overpriced. I was disappointed that I couldn't have a cooked breakfast. I was supposed to have a friend for dinner on one of the nights but the menu had only one option for being proper gluten free. So she ate before coming. I wasn't too keen on the hand sculpture in the room.

The bed was comfy. I like the use of space in the room considering the size of the room. Every nook and cranny has a use. I love the design and decor of the dining and lounging areas. It's like there's a spot for everyone to cater for every need. I love how there was a huge bookcase full of all sorts of books. The tables with usb chargers is a brilliant touch. And how any party, doesn't matter how big can make use of the long tables and have a lan(?) gaming party. Is that what they're called? I liked the lighting layout in the rooms. The toiletries smelt devine... I loved how you included body lotion..

Reception didn’t tell us any information about breakfast/checkout etc and wasn’t asked how our stay was on check out. The shower almost flooded out into the room with each use and because of that got wet feet when using the toilet.

The rooms are small, but comfortable.

Location is perfect to visit my daughter in Subiaco and to walk Kings Park. Also walking distance to Cafes and shops. Very well presented facilities to relax downstairs.

Lack of free parking. $30 a day is very expensive if you are not in your hotel during the day. Very inconvenient to park on street and pay parking meters. Room service not available on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays if I wanted a snack.

Room was ideal for 1 person. Bed very comfortable. Close to Kings Park and good shopping in Watertown and Claremont quarter. Close to major hospitals. I loved the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Lovely towels and flannels. Shower was good. I loved the funkiness of the decor.

The decoration and rooms where fantastic a roof top bar or view of the park with drinks would have been nice.
