On arrival, I had to speak to an after hours staff member, via an intercom, to open gate. They tried multiple times, by multiple people, an the remote gate access, wouldn’t work. They suggested I waited for another person staying, to come an they could let us in. in the end I called out to someone and they let us in. The staff were sending someone out, but we didn’t know how long a wait it was going to be. I’m pleased it was the afternoon, and not late at night. We didn’t realise we could have a second key until day 5. It was a real nuisance, as you need the key to get everywhere. We had to try an co-ordinate our outings. Or the others had to wait, till the others returned. Would have been great, if someone let us know on arrival. We got back from an outing, and someone was in our park. Reception had given our park away, as thought we didn’t have a car. But I had made arrangements, prior to our arrival. The lady said, it was due to no car rego being loaded. This was not asked of me, at any stage. Would be great if this was communicated to us. We were required to empty our rubbish, but we had no spare rubbish liners. You can obtain these from reception. It would be great if this is communicated, so you are aware. If you want a place with WI-FI, then this isn’t suitable. We tried for days to get it sorted, with no luck. I got the impression, they didn’t really care. They offered solutions, which I tried, with no success. They offered to contact the supplier, but no communication as to what was happening. We just gave up Lack of communication was a big let down. Reception only got me to sign some documentation on day 5, which should have been done on arrival. Yes, we arrived on Xmas day, but reception should have approached us ASAP.

Location was fabulous. Within walking distance to the beach and shops. Two bedroom had everything we needed, for a comfortable stay. Loved being at the end, and top apartment. Beds were comfortable Heat-pump in lounge was great

The spa was nice and hot but had little black beetles in it that bite! Weird. It is an older building but well presented and secure with key entry to everything.

Just a little house keeping that if it really bothered us would have been easily taken care of if asked. Only 2 blankets, 3 would have been better. Only coffee so no tea, sugar or milk and ice tray was empty. Housekeeper also entered our room twice without knocking.

Location was AMAZING. Rooms were large and comfortable. Grounds were clean and spacious. We only stayed 1 night but will go again. Although very outdated, the essentials weren't.

Close proximity to the beach and the facilities. Given the low price range it provided well for my family. Spacious, the kitchen provided all the utensils for cooking, the washing machine and dryer worked well. Yes very happy!

Main couch facing the tv is absolutely worn out & unusable. No balcony light. Small things. Only 2 power outlets in the kitchen. Not even a token coffee / sugar/ little uht milk, not many dishes etc.

We had to take out our own rubbish which is fine however there was no recycle bin. It was quite difficult to clean up because of limited or broken equipment. Also could do with some more blankets or duvets

The location was amazing we were so close to the beach, bars and shops, we ended up walking everywhere. The balcony overlooked the beach and city.
