Perfect location five minutes walk from the main strip of shops, restaurants and cafes. Comfortable and booking agent was very easy to deal with and super nice.

The water dual head tap in the kitchen sink was damaged and spraying out water everywhere unless I held it.

Staff were unbelievablly helpful. Accommodation excellent and location brilliant.

Utensils could have been more cleaned and better quality. Also Liquid handwash instead of soap is preferred which was missing.

The property was located very close to main Macrossan Street. The apartment had almost all facilities including kitchen appliances which we liked the most.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our room had everything we needed - lots of space, couch, table, kitchen…We had read previous posts and knew we needed to bring the basics (dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc…) The air conditioning was excellent. The pool had enough room for 4 or 5 people to enjoy. Check in and out was easy.

Property quite tired and worn, especially the table, and the edges of kitchen cupboards. However this was probably reflected in the price which was competitive for a property of this size and location.

Superb location, central but quiet, easy access to all amenities and shops. Very spacious. Comfy bed. Excellent bathroom. Laundry a godsend. Safe parking in garage. Air conditioning effective. Staff very helpful in dealing with the occasional query.

I was there for three weeks and the unit wasn’t cleaned in that time, and I had the sheets changed once, in the last week of the visit.

There was no flexibility with check in and check out time at all. Check in time was late in the day, and Checkout time was very early compared to other places.

Shower full of mould and sand. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable.

The location was excellent. Only a short walk to the marina, Maccrossan steeet and 4 mile beach. The unit provided everything you would need for a self-sufficient stay. Checkin was easy with key info provided prior to arrival. There is an on-site pool which looked to be well maintained.

Location was perfect and swimming pool whilst small was beautiful and warm. Bbq area was basic .apartment decorated tastefully including plenty of utensils , saucepans. Kitchen area tiny but manageable

As we were staying 10 days, we arrived to one garbage bag, one small shampoo & conditioner, one small soap, no extra toilet paper, apart from one already started on the roll. Mould behind the silicone around the bath. Area where garbage bins were kept, full of mould.

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable. Ideal for a single person or couple. The laundry was very clean and free - amazing - however I couldnt work out how to use the first two dryers??

There were a few missed items. No bath towels on arrival (just pool ones). Not enough crockery for 6 people (2 breakfast bowls, 4 side plates, etc). Shower stall had some mould. Not really important though.

Great location, large unit with good outdoor spaces. Nice pool. Easy parking. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The television was not able to tune to free to air for the Wednesday night State of Origin External windows and screens badly in need of cleaning Lighting to external of property needs improvement for night time returns
