Property was lovely, we enjoyed our overnight stay. The beds were comfortable, nice, quiet area, air conditioning was exceptional (we come from out west where a/c is essential). The apartment had everything you needed. Will definitely book here again if/when we're back this way. We will also recommend Tropical Gateway to friends/family.

We had three kids (family of 5), so one was on a fold out bed which was rock hard and uncomfortable. He ended up squeezed into our doubled bed.

Had everything we needed. Plenty of space, two large bathrooms, comfortable jacuzzi bath. Well stocked kitchen. Looked over a cute pond. Tennis equipment and beach toys etc were a nice touch and we did play a lot of tennis which kids loved.

You need a swipe key to get in and out of all pool areas. We only had one which meant we had to stay together at all times, which was frustrating. I ended up stuck for a long time in the pool area waiting for my daughter to get back from playing, was tempted to scale the pool fence! The Ivory Palms isn't really a 4 star resort however the unit itself is worth staying at and we would again. Smoking seemed to be allowed in the complex which as a non smoker I didn't really like.

Apartment was absolutely spotless and had a lovely outdoor area for wines overlooking the pond. The resort is more 3 star than 4 but it is brilliant if you're travelling with kids. My daughter (12)and her friend spent the whole day enjoying the facilities Loved the pool bar - the service there was brilliant. The jumping thing and games area were fantastic Great value for money. Only a 15 minute walk to the Waterfront Restaurant and a 20 minute walk to the Boathouse Hands down the most spacious and clean unit we have stayed in at Noosaville.

Couldnt stay longer

The room was perfect for a family of 5. We were only there 1 night visiting family but could have stayed longer if we had more time. Having the cafe and pools on sight was great for the kids and parents at the end of a long day.

The bed was so inviting and comfortable, it was clean and like home away from home. All the facilities for.the kids was amazing and kept them entertained.

I was a bit worried when I arrived as I went to reception and the man said we didn't book through them, and it was confusing re the address 73 Hilton Street, as it didn't have the name of the accommodation at the entrance, as this accommodation was included in ivory palms so that confused us, lucky that I had all my paper work with me and it said go to apartment 88, but it all worked out perfect in the end, and we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure.

Loved the Pools the Restaurant and location, I was very lucky as the house cleaner was there cleaning and she gave me a key, and we had to come back after 2 pm as she was still cleaning which was fine as we were an hour early, otherwise we would have struggled to get in, as I did not have emails or messages whilst I was in Australia and wouldn't have known about the lock box number to get the Key until we arrived and seen it. So lucky she was still cleaning.

Its probably a taxi or drive into town although there are amenties nearby as well.

Beautiful home away from home. Very spacious and relaxing. Balconies back out to a pond with ducks and stuff in them. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds. Very easy check in and out.

bad reception when we enter the resort using our phones. dryer needs to be replaced it made a horrible sound turning it on. had to turn it off straight away. washing machine didn’t complete a cycle kept on showing error messages. main shower head needs some fine tuning. fridge was clean but it had left over dirt on each shelf left in the corner. everything else was clean

It was a perfect location for our family with shops near by and the boat we hired for a day were a few minutes away from the resort. there were also things that we could do using facilities and a place to eat in the resort was a bonus. also things inside our place we had things to do board games, playing cards and tv with internet.
