Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaWe didn’t like just staying one night, when we come up again it will certainly be for a longer stop over.
It was an older Motel and badly in need of a refurbishment; yet having said that the beds were comfy, we came in too late and left too early to do anything but sleep. We loved it, it was like sleeping at Grandmas House ( said in the nicest way possible) And we give you a True Blue 100% 👍 for the Staff, they, were Fantastic. Very cheerful, accommodating and attentive. Hubby and I had crumbed steak with fresh veggies and mushrooms sauce. Every morsel was delicious and the meal size was huge as well, but we ate just about everything.

AustraliaHot water in shower ran out quickly. The room smelt a little doggy. I had to spray my perfume to mask the smell.
Was a basic comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. Was excellent to be able to stay in a pet friendly room as we were travelling with our small dog. The fenced in grassed area was a bonus. Was surprisingly quiet from road noise(room 13). Good size parking area.
