There was no on-site parking although TRYP organised parking at a parking facility, which I ended up enjoying the walk to & from the car park which was nice anyway!

There is little to no waiting space for your car whilst checking in to the hotel. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and I had reception staff tell me that I shouldn't have left my car there as the bus drivers get quite angry if there is a car parked there. The car park was a short walk from the hotel, so if you are carry a lot of luggage be prepared to have to wheel/carry this a couple of blocks. Employee that brought our rom service meal to us brought it up without covers over the food, and without cutlery so they had to go back and get cutlery for us. Meals were also not on a tray, so were hand carried.

The room was comfortable and modern, with lots of space. The bathroom was large and stocked with amenities. Bed was comfortable, and there was a large TV opposite, so it made for a comfortable and relaxing stay whilst recovering and preparing for our next adventure.

Addition of a microwave would have been great in terms of making it more suitable for a longer stay to save money on food/reheat take away. There was only one chair with the table - two would have been good for a couple staying longer. But all in all great place and I’d stay again. Clean and comfortable and a decent view.

The only negative was the air conditioning was loud and woke me up multiple times. It made a strange ticking noise. The location was quiet and with no party or traffic noise.

The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and a good size for a single person. Good water pressure, with nice amenities. Locally there are great restaurants and takeaway options. It is only a short walk from transport and the main shopping area.

Not having car parking at the Hotel, but I understand that there is no room for parking available due to its location. Wasn't keen on leaving my car in a multi-story car park about 600 metres away for two nights, but it was all okay.

Fantastic location, close to everything we needed. Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds, just great. Breakfast in Mamacita's was delicious, great service on a very busy morning. We had an issue with our TV the first night, but it was fixed in no time when I mentioned it to reception, great service.

Vehicle parking was quite a distance from the hotel and got lost returning to hotel as took wrong turn.

Breakfast was good as we knew we were not going to be fed on the plane. Good location as centre of city which enabled us to walk to various tourist sites.

The breakfast very nice the staff were great as our daughter had to have a heart procedure the following day so your manager unloaded their car and took the luggage to our room also reloaded it for there trip home we give you full marks for outstanding service will recommend you all to our friends

Missed having USB outlets in the room. The bathroom could be better if more sink/bench space to put toiletries bag I had to ask for toilet paper as roll not replaced and no spare roll left. But it was quickly brought to the room.

Room and bathroom were lovely and spacious. Good seating area in the room to relax. Liked how the light came on as soon as you entered the room. Coffee machine with pods was good for morning coffee. Great to have guest laundry on 2 floors. Good location to walk around the area and public transport easy walk to catch a bus.

We were not sure how to work the coffee machine in the room or the airconditioning. We ended up not enjoying the coffee we made. We did not know how to work the thermostat to be at a constant temperature.

We liked how spacious the toilet and room were. There was enough space for us to stretch and move around without bumping into one another. We loved the rain shower in the toilet. The location of the hotel was not too far or too near Adelaide City Centre so that it was not too noisy or crowded.

Perhaps the room could have been slightly cleaner - fair amount of dust on the tumblers and tea cups and between the bed and headboard, but this otherwise didn't detract from the experience of hospitality which were excellent.

Fabulous stay - great hospitality including staff being very accommodating with our special requests. Very well appointed rooms, large bathrooms and good amenities. Particularly impressed with how new and well resourced the gym was in comparison to other hotels.
