Beautiful views with comfortable furniture and setting. Nice and quiet surrounded by trees and birds with a relaxing pool. Host was lovely and accommodating. Kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

There was not really anything that we didn't like during our stay, perhaps one consideration for some older guests or ones with certain health conditions could be the steps up and down to the room from the parking area, but this was not an issue for us.

Such a clean and tidy apartment, very well set out and has everything you could possibly need for either an overnight stay or even a week away. Jason was super welcoming and accommodating, you can tell he is very passionate about making sure your stay is as good as it can possibly be, including some lovely home-made scones with jam and cream upon arrival and some complimentary croissants for breakfast! Overall, it was a very lovely experience, especially when you compare the price to virtually any affordabme motel along the east coast, you get so, so much more value for your money than any of those $150 rooms at other places. If we ever make the trip back to the area we will be planning on booking this apartment again. Thanks Jason!

Jason was such a thoughtful & gracious host. He went above and beyond to make our first wedding anniversary incredibly comfortable and memorable. Tunnel Ridge Outlook accommodation is a great location in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Whether you wish to be active and take in all the local sights, sounds and food options or spend quiet time to enjoy the view, the pool and gardens, Tunnel Ridge Outlook is a great place for all activities. The home baked scones with jam and cream on arrival set the scene for an enjoyable stay. Jason is a great host, full of local knowledge about events, locations, and local eateries. We were lucky enough to enjoy a free local choral musical event at Mooloolah Public Hall. Looking forward to our next visit as it would be a great location to experience in all seasons. You needed to be careful getting out on to the road, as it’s on the top of a hill and on a corner. This is only minor and does not distract from the overall experience.

The Host was extremely generous with fresh scones jam and cream on arrival. The pantry was very well stocked with many varieties of tea and coffee and chai. It was quiet and the outlook over the trees to the dam was so tranquil. Huge ensuite, beautiful leather lounges, large rooms and outside area with bbq and all you could ask for. The pool was available and warm. The entire stay was so very good. Would recommend it to anyone looking for some tranquility and a refreshing of spirit, soul and body.

Everything was so lovely!

Just like staying in a Mountain Retreat, the views were spectacular, the landscaping on the property faultless, surrounded by superb rainforest it was so wonderful, staying in such a beautiful natural environment, I let go of all stress and felt totally relaxed as soon as I sat down with a cuppa tea and two delicious home made scones, compliments of the host Jason, whom was perhaps the most organised, helpful, friendliest and nicest host i have ever met. The accommodation was impeccable, the location stunning and accommodation exceptionally good value for money!

Tricky access to parking if you have a low slung sports car.

Great for an escape from the rat race. Great Internet and facilities. Close to Hinterland villages and Glasshouse Mountains attractions. Jason's scones are not to be missed.

Jason is a Superhost. From the point of booking to checkout he went out of his way to ensure my stay was the best it could possibly be. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and a great deal of thought has gone into the provisions with lots of thoughtful touches. Although the apartment is underneath the main house, it is very quiet and peaceful and the view is simply lovely. Big thanks to Jason for a truly enjoyable stay.

The unit is beautifully located with a lovely view. We loved the wood burner fireplace and comfy bed. The bathroom and kitchenette were well supplied.

WOW. The location and views are stunning! We witnessed the sun rise from the bedroom window. We chose this accommodation because of the beautiful indoor fireplace. We spent the weekend here. With one full night enjoying the roaring fire. Jason is so friendly and helpful. Freshly baked scones were given to us on arrival. He also supplied croissants and teas and coffee. There was butter and milk in the fridge too. Jason goes above and beyond for his guests. He always made sure we had enough firewood and was always a text away if needed. The accommodation was very clean, bed was comfy and clean and fresh towels were provided. He made my birthday weekend trip very special. We definitely want to return again. We will also be back to enjoy the pool area in the summer months.

Jason is a wonderful and very caring host! On arrival we were presented with some very yummy warm home-made scones with jam and cream, thanks Jason! Also the wood burner was ready to go, and provided a very cosy atmosphere. Views are lovely, and even a loo with a view! The kitchen is well supplied, and many little homely touches throughout. Large ensuite with plenty of hot water and comfy bed. Highly recommend

The attention to detail ensuring guests felt welcome while enjoying a comfortable stay. Jason fixed up the entry of the road so we would not damage our car. Enjoyed having a cuppa with scones, jam and cream in a relaxed environment with a good outlook.Also liked the crossiants for breakfast.
