A huge house suitable for group of friends hanging out for vacation. You can definitely get enough space for at least 15ppls. You can see stars clearly from back yard. Hound buddy is your best buddy ever. He is soooo friendly and brings us lots of fun. the place is amazing and unforgettable.

Very spacious and open-plan living area. Lots of space for cars, boats and all your gear. A great place to act as a home base to explore the surrounding region.

The house was spacious, private and a perfect home away from home. We could even take our dog along with us!! Ian was a lovely host, friendly, kind and so accommodating. Ian’s dog Buddy is also amazing, he is the welcoming committee for all the guests, just a big friendly giant full of energy, Buddy definitely adds value to your stay, haha

- a new kettle is needed (didn't turn on at all) but we just boiled a pot of water on the stove for our coffees, so no biggie at all 😉

-We liked the fact that the Owner Ian came to greet us- Even though it was Christmas Day! He came to ensure we were happy and had no issues. - HUGE spacious house! Was perfect with having a family with young children. It was more than big enough for the 4 of us only using 2 out of the 4/5 bedrooms. With both of the rooms used having bathrooms! - Free WI-FI and access to Netflix which gave us the option to watch Christmas movies as a family! - spacious kitchen with every utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, containers, pots and pans you need! - The property being not central to the town centre but only a few short minutes from town. Was close by a look out and having the peace and quiet of being out a little was amazing. - lovely renovated bathrooms, kitchen and laundry! - The beds were surprisingly comfy!!!!!!!! Will 100% recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to stay whilst in Jurien bay or needing accommodation close by! Yes it's undergoing renovations (they're looking great by the way) but it's the perfect no fuss place to stay. With great views where you can feel at home. We'll be back- hopefully sooner rather then later.

Owner Ian is a lovely man. Nice conversations with him. Helpful and friendly. Buddy his dog is a big softie. Bed very comfortable and shower was powerful. Quiet out of town with little traffic. Lift was amazing for my husband with a disability.

House not clean, no communication from host on arrival. Spiders , cobwebs and dust everywhere. Used bars of soap in showers and basins. Floors not vacuumed, filthy windows. Beds only half made. No hand towels or washers. Ovens, fridge and laundry was filthy or not working. Rubbish bins unemptied. Other guests items left behind.

I'm disappointed we couldn't book longer. I also dislike I had a large huntsman crawl across me when I was in the elevator, I think he hitched a ride when I opened the curtains. I am terrified of spiders haha

The location was fantastic, just 5 minutes outside of Jurien. On the balcony you had GORGEOUS ocean and Bush views. Our Host Ian was super friendly and welcoming, he showed us around the whole house. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms have been upgraded and are great. 2 bedrooms ( 1 super large bedroom upstairs, and a standard size room downstairs ) both have ensuites. The one upstairs has a large deep bath, also a double shower with love seat. The room joins the balcony for ocean views. Upstairs also features 2 more bedrooms 1 having a double bed, the other a double bed and bunk bed, there is a bathroom and a toilet. There is also another double bed upstairs. Down stairs has a standard size bedroom with an ensuite, There is a nook, which has yet another double bed. Downstairs is has a family room, dining room, kitchen, large walk in pantry, and laundry area which has a toilet and washing machine ( which your allowed to use ) Ducted aircon throughout with a heaps of vents so it gets cool quick. The undercover area has a large BBQ and darts board. The Living room has a fold out couch, a large tv which has access to Netflix, we were also given the Wi-Fi code and password. The kitchen is HUGE and has tonnes of storage, and is fully equipped too. There are 2 large dining tables. All linen and towels are provided and animals stay free. The water is from HUGE rain water tanks, so it not only tastes amazing but is super soft on your skin. But the best part which seperates this house from the rest it has and ELEVATOR. This property is being renovated, as Ian can. We cant wait to see it when its completely finished. The whole place smelt and looked clean. The kids found the laundry chute and thought it was fantastic they kept chucking their toys down, then running down and starting it over again. We will be back. This house is very disable friendly. Our group was 8 adults and 5 kids. Thank you for having our family Ian.

The only thing that we didn't like was that we had to leave ..

It was excellent. Great spot. Ian is such a lovely man and he was so accommodating to our needs. We really appreciated his help! Highly recommend.

Amazing house, very spacious, great property with ample room for large boats. Awesome views of the beach from the balcony. Ian is an absolute champion! Was able to help us out with tackle, tools and places to fish during our stay, this lodge is great whether you’re into fishing or not!
