How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pillows were very hard resulting in neckache

Mot having any saurces or drink mat's I used tissues under my cup of tea i didn't like marking furniture with cups may be other's don't care but I do

No soft pillows. Even just one in wardrobe would be lovely.
Las Vegas Motel was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, even has a lovely chest of drawers. Everything you need. No staff all done without contact and they were lovely to deal with. Location was great.

Always like to attend reception when arriving. Didn’t really like to have to punch number to collect key unless arriving after hours

All rooms seemed to have Smokers sitting outside their rooms smoking at all times of the day & night. Smoke smells entered the room all night long which was most upsetting to my health. When exiting the room you had to fight through a wall of smoke. If only the full complex was smoke free!

Large comfortable room and great size TV. Generous allocation of milk for cuppas - not something you see usually. Close to the Club for dinner. A great overnight stay.

As Above Explained.
My Elderly Aunt stayed at Las Vegas Hotel.Facilities were good,Staff were okay but my aunt or I were unaware that if she ran out of toilet paper or tea,coffee etc she had to go and get it from the office herself.When the room was cleaned,no toiletries or beverage supplys were replaced.I would have replaced those items if I had of known that it was self service from the office.

Location is good, Bowls club just across the road so was good to go and have a drink after flying in. Check in was so easy totally contactless so couldn't comment on staff but all communication via SMS was exceptional with clear directions-well done crew.

No screen or curtain on the shower - floor very wet. We cannot rate the staff as there was no staff. Had to key in a code to get the door key.
The furniture was well supplied, eg a place to put your suit case.

the other guests (living residents or others on holiday, unsure) always sat outside their apartments smoking (smells very bad, very unpleasant for other guests), they were always talking and coughing very loud, we could hear them from inside the apartment (tried to turn on TV to take away from the noise they made). Not to mention every time we left the apartment they would stop what they were doing and just stare at us the entire time, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. they also were feeding the wildlife bread to get the birds to stay around which is extremely harmful to the wildlife and they should probably invest in some bird seed instead if they want to have them around.
the room was very clean, bed was super comfortable, it was very cheap compared to competitors, good location, i like the covid safe check in

The shower was little and had no curtain which I found a little uncomfortable.
Rooms were amazing and so comfy Was super easy to check in. Amazing location in walking distance to anything you could possibly need including beaches and entertainment

My husband and I couldn't get proper sleep as there were some people talking very loudly outside to a degree which woke both of us up. Needs some sort of communication with renters to remain quiet for example after 10pm. The other bad point for me was the soft mattress which made my back pain a lot worse.
