The adjourning door to the room next to us really let in a lot of noise. The window felt very flimsy and unsafe for a room that was set very high up off the ground - be wary with kids.

Beds were more comfortable than I expected. It quite clean enough. Car parking included is great.

No account invoice was offered or sent to my email address. As some people travel 600 odd kilometres and more to see specialist we may need the invoice to claim on on medical fund or IPTAS (government health support). No conditioner in the bathroom with the shampoo.

Clean, staff were welcoming, close to the hospitals and specialists.

Rooms were very dated but the price reflected this.

Very basic accommodation. Location was perfect. Very easy to find. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

people on the reception desk were not able to answer simple questions, such as if the swimming pool was heated, or why the public collective kitchen was closed at 8am if it says it opens at 7:30am. Also, the public collective kitchen does not have kitchen equipment like pans, pots, cuttlery, dishes, really nothing except fridge and stove.

I really appreciated the bus stop right in front of the hotel, with buses to city center, manly beach, bondi beach, etc...

One mattress was very soft. It was not very clean but I have definitely experienced a lot worse. The facilities are very dated, not at all the 4 star place that was advertised but I will stay there again

The location was value for money. Public transport was just a few metres away. The staff was friendly. It was great that there was an option to book in very late in the afternoon. One of the mattresses was great

The only thing we didn't like were the beds. We found them way too hard for our liking. Everything else was great.

Check in was seamless. Staff were great. Rooms had everything required for our stay. As my husband said, someone who has stayed in a hotel before designed this place, as everything was covered.

The breakfast was adequate but pretty ordinary. There are two levels in the breakfast room and someone fell down quite badly while I was there. There needs to be more signage on the step down. The hotel is a bit tired. It would be better if the restaurant and bar were open. There’s not much right nearby in the evenings.

The room was comfortable and clean. The adjustable air conditioning was appreciated. Parking onsite was useful. A Thai restaurant, Holy Basil, was about 400m away and very good.

Hotel has a shuttle bus to local hospitals and stations. Despite busy road it is quiet. Free parking.

Super clean stay! Was worried about the stay before arriving but was pleasantly surprised. Staff were warm and welcoming & the rooms were clean! The balcony was a pleasant surprise.

Room was up couple flights of stairs. No microwave in room or extra cutlery to eat food brought. Strong odour in room excess cleaning spray or something. Dangerous getting in and out of driveway
