While the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, there was no coffee machine or water glasses.

The convenience of the location, close to the hospital.it was good that a restaurant was available.

The car park was a nightmare to drive through. A standard vehicle was a tight fitting.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the bathroom room was spacious.

Took quite a bit of finding, sat nav had us there but very bad signage didn't even say Mercure had to go in and ask if it was correct hotel. Didn't have us down for correct rooms or breakfast included which we had booked. But staff sorted us even though it was late by that time!

Close vicinity to St Andrews War Memorial Hospital as the trip was for medical purposes. Reception desk staff was efficient. It was also useful to have the restaurant downstairs, for meals and coffee.

Air on unit in the room functioned but was very noisy and the sliding door to the balcony is stiff and heavy to open.😏

The staff were amazing. Allocated us a room with a view and helped with an issue with the bill. Food in the restaurant was beautifully cooked and presented. Great location for Roma street parkland which is quite simply stunning and breakfast at the Carriage building at the bottom is a must.🤗🤗

We found the driveway very difficult to find when checking in. More signage at ground level would be helpful. The carpark took concentration as there is not much room to manoeuvre. The low score for beds is because our preference is for harder beds so that is likely just personal taste, they did look new and in good condition. The room was a bit small for twin beds though.

Location and parking availability. The Italian restaurant was very nice.

Great hotel for the price point. Rooms huge and came with a balcony. Clean and bed so comfy. Restaurant onsite and staff wonderful. Gave us late check out.

Manager that took my call was flippant and unprofessional. When I asked why I received a room next to the elevator when the booking platform said there where 7available rooms if the type I booked, his reply was that I should have asked not to be placed by the elevator. In all my years of traveling, I have never had to nor felt the need to request such a thing. More was the approach he took. I choose to ask to deal with the lady at reception who moved me to another room without any issue.

the only problem this time was construction, and I wanted to sleep in in st morning after a long week at work and night out, it didn't happen as work started at 7 am accompanied by workers' loud rap music. I just wish this info would be on site before booking as I would choose a different option for this particular stay, other than that no complains

The hotel was on the hill and was a little bit inconvenient for people with luggage. And, they didn’t provide bottled water, even not in the vending machine. The bottle water in the cafe cost 5.5 which was quite expensive.

Big confortable room, excelent location, walking distance to the center but also has a free bus that goes to the center. Nice bed, places to work and next to green areas.
