No movies to watch on that big fantastic TV when your chilling in your room late at night. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. I loved everything about this place.

The location is just perfect, the beach is super close, the shops and restaurants are at your door. Parking is cheap and undercover in a secure car park, elevator access to reception and your room. I received a free upgrade to a king room with private bathroom, it was just so cute, clean and had everything needed. Did I mention CLEAN💯 For a hostel/hotel I was so impressed. I loved it and I will definitely stay there again. Has a huge TV to. This place would be just perfect for a group of friends, or for 2 or 4 couples to stay in the share rooms. It’s such a cute, cosy, clean and awesome location. PET FRIENDLY ❤️❤️❤️

The price was really expensive. And the hostel is not really social. The kitchen is too small and there are only 3 hotplates. So you can’t cook at normal hours or you have to wait a really long time.

The hostel was real cosy and well decorated. It felt like home and it was a relief after having been in dirty and poor hostels. The location is perfect, 5min from the beach, 1min from the piano bar etc… Always clean, that was really appreciated . The room of 6 people was big enough, there was also a balcony and a small fridge.

Some difficulty with approaching reception,{in a laneway with no designated parking, Underground resident parking with card entrance and steep approach wit 2.1 M clearance.

Spacious, clean, Quiet at night ,Airy. Lots of large communal spaces. Considerate and helpful staff. Lots of young residents but suitable for older travelers too.

Honestly, it was probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Nothing bad at all.

The location was perfect - 5 mins from coach stop and in the centre of just about everything. The reception was open and friendly and the staff were exceptional. The kitchens and bathrooms were kept really clean and even had shampoo. Conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion in the bathroom. The beds were really comfy and the bedrooms really clean. The addition activities - yoga, boxing, movie night were all fabulous. 10/10- would highly recommend!

Not too sound proof as you can hear people coming. It was a Friday night so expectedly people were coming from parties. It has a backpacker vibe but generally still very nice and pleasant.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond to show us the parking and also when we left our security cards inside our room. Location is very handy to eveything. Bed was very comfortable. Also nice touch with treats and bowls and bed for our puppy.

There could be some more stoves in the kitchen, sometimes you would have to wait a while until you could cook.

I liked the free BBQ and that everything was really clean. Also the showers were really spacious, as same as the bedrooms itself.

Floors in rooms would get quite sandy because lots of people were coming from the beach, those could've been cleaned a bit better. But otherwise good!

Staff were all so lovely, nice mix of guests, quiet at night, amazing location, and some nice free events.

Staff were friendly and helpful, we were upgraded which a bonus. The Bed was the most comfortable we had been in for the past 5 months of travel. Hostel also provide really nice soaps and shampoo! Really nice place to stay and worth every penny

Double charged for the room and charged more than when booked. However lady at desk refunded money, although it shouldn’t never have happened in the first place. Bed sheets were wrinkled and had stains when we uncovered the bedding, called reception, cleaners came promptly, but questioned it??? The sheets did get changed, but again it should not of have happened.

By far the best hostel I’ve stayed in! Decor is lovely and homely, staff are amazing, events are great for meeting people, there’s plenty of space for working if needed, the location is perfect, the beds were so comfy and the place was very well kept and cleaned.

Excellent customer care Very welcoming and genuine Got upgraded to a king room with balcony which was fabulous as I had a 13 hr day at work plus travel and was tired out. Toiletries and environment friendly, parking available. Pet friendly is a must for me too especially with travel Late check out fantastic means you don’t have to rush and have time to enjoy environment and meet family friends for Excerise and breakfast Lots of options available Really great love it

The experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff's hospitality was outstanding, and the decor was spot-on. The location couldn't be better, just a quick stroll to the main beach, and the added touch of shower amenities, including soaps, was much appreciated. Smelly kitchen

Really nice and new hostel in Byron bay. Only problem was the kitchen smelled and there wasn't enough fridge space. The free box fit class was really run and the Sunrise hike was great also.

There was loads of stuff in the room that didn't belong to anyone, even some dirty dishes...

The staff was super friendly and I slept wonderful here. Facilities were also really nice, great showers. Definitely not the most social hostel, but it's for sure possible to make friends at some activities/in the kitchen.

The location was superb - right in the center of Byron Bay and close to the most amazing food places, shops, supermarkets, and the beach. Everything is within 5 min walking distance. The room had a nice balcony, fridge, enough storage space Overall quite clean - the staff kept it all very well maintained Helpful and accommodating staff

The mattress was lumpy and every time we moved, we could hear the springs moving so that was annoying at night.

The location was perfect, showers and bathrooms were always clean. Respectful roommates. Privacy with the bed curtains.
