The common areas are so small, we dont have enough space to sit down and eat because you will be sharing with people who using laptop. (which I did both). The toilet and shower room is very small too, and a little bit old, but cleaniness is okay as they clean it often. My room is under ground, it's a lil bit humid. There's no lift in this building and the stairs is small, so it's a lil bit for the one with big & heavy luggage.

The dryer is working very well as all my clothes even the thick one got dried. Is a good place to meet people around the world. The bed is comfortable and the room is actually have plenty of space.

Sometimes there was a small line in front of the bathroom. But you could simply go to the house next door and use the bathrooms there.

The houses are really nice and the kitchen is super stylish. The bed was also really comfortable and also the curtain made sleeping really easy.

The common space is a bit too small for so many people. You’re rather unable to find a place to work or study for a while. And the upper beds are moving when you’re climbing up so I guess it’s really annoying for the person down there

Could do with some more bathrooms or having the toilets separated from the showers in the building I was staying in as sometimes had to wait some time to use either of those facilities.

The location (pretty quiet street with cafés and restaurants) Some rooms have an Amazing VUE on the bridge ! Super clean! You can even borrow a vacuum if needed The staff! The bathroom situation was a bit difficult backside there was only two bathrooms and a lot of girls. Wasn’t a major issue, just spent a lot of time waiting for the bathroom.

The beds with curtains were great and the size and security of the room was better than expected. Felt very safe and comfortable leaving our stuff when going out.

There's no enough socket in the room You might need to brought a big power bank so that you can charge during night especially if you are assigned to the upper bunk

Not enough kitchen utensils such as plates and bowls. Window did not lock in ground floor room. No plug sockets by bed. Bathrooms didn’t feel very private.

No sockets at bed and only few in room, bathrooms are flooded each time people shower, Recommend to highlight that there are two VENUS hostels in the same street to avoid confusion

There was not much space to sit in the kitchen but when I was eating there it wasnt too busy either so it still worked out.

It was very close to the train Station Kings Cross and you could see the Harbour Bridge when you were in the shared bathroom. That was definetly a high. Also it was very cheap to stay there and the communication via Goki was always nice and fast. I would recommend it especially for the price.
