Small waiting room/dining room.

There is no receptionist. Only cameras everywhere and signs threatening to call the police or fine people who don’t follow the rules. Every request I made was a solid no, including being able to move to a bottom bunk for my second night. I’m 67 with arthritis in my knees. We received a written warning that if we left a dirty dish in the kitchen we would be fined $500. There are only four chairs in the dining lounge area so we often had to eat standing up because you’re not allowed to eat in the rooms.

Location, price and the other residents were great.

- It was my first time to come across with online self check-in but it wasn't that complicated. - Small toilet combined with shower without any curtain. - Pillow is not firm, and the blanket has a bit of smell.

- Located in a great and convenient location. Close to train station, cafes, restaurants & convenience stores. - The room and common area are pretty clean.

We stayed on the first floor in a room of four, there were more than three rooms on that floor and yet there was only two shower/toilet facilities. One of which also has the communal washer and dryer inside. We stayed there for one night, however long stayers who chose this space as lodging have to compete for showers and laundry at the same time as other guests. I understand as the building is quite narrow but it does make getting ready quite difficult.

Very well placed, the Wentworth street location was perfect. It was nicely tucked away and safely concealed from major public view

i like the bed, im good with the size of the room. i like the rules where respecting everyone's rest time. i love the rate per stay. would love to recommend this to my friends.

There are not enough bathrooms and sometimes you need to wait.

The hostel is new and located in the CBD. It is very clean and is cleaned often. The very good thing is they have rules which regulate people, for example, no phones in the room. It’s a quiet place and people are friendly.

There was no reception and I found the key system complicated. But that’s on me. I am not used to that system and virtual reception was very helpful and quick to reply kindly always. Next time I will know the steps :)

Close to Central Station, shops and center nearby, clean, bed and pillow super confortable, lockers are big, everything was very clean and bin emptied twice a day in the room. Kitchen very nice and clean and organized. Would go back

The 4 bed with ensuite was convenient, but there was no shower curtain so all the shower water went everywhere and made the bathroom experience uncomfortable. No bath mats provided.

Cute decor, self check in system was easy, no real need for staff at the property, liked that the rooms had signs telling guests not to talk in the rooms and that they could use common areas for this.

Th laundry room is in the bathroom. So we need to wait for someone in the bathroom if we want to use it. The bathroom doesn't have any hangers. And they need to add more (and distribute it fairly) power sockets. The Goki application can be a little bit of work, but once installed it’s very easy to use.

It’s all female, so I feel really safe here. The staffs are super nice. This accomodation feels like staying at out older sister’s place. It’s super clean. They clean it twice a day. The kitchenette is complete, they even have a blender. The receptionist is very communicative and fast response. The location can be considered as good.
