Bed was very firm. There was pipe and water noise in the walls from other rooms, especially noticeable in the bedroom at night. Tight access to the parking lot. Cooking pans need to be replaced. Very small bathrooms. Disappointing compared to other Veriu apartments I have stayed in.

The place is very clean, modern and spacious with plenty of light in the corrridor. Access is by lift from the lobby. The unit is well apppointed, washing machine,dryer, kitchen, well stocked bathroom. I stayed with 3 other adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for the kids to roam around the room. Location wise, its very near a bus stop, that will take about 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Sydney. I would highly recommend the place for a large group (4 or more people) who seeks a quiet and spacious place and for a longer stay.

The property mentions that full service would be provided for stays more than 5 days. We stayed here six nights. However, when we asked the room to be cleaned, we were told it is light service and noone cleaned the room for our entire stay. We did get towels and cleaning material sachets when we asked. Road noise is significant 24 hours, but it didn't bother us. Some party went on till late night in some nearby rooms on the first night of our stay.

Apartment was nice and spacious, with all amenities like fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and cooktop. Very useful when traveling with kids. Check in and out was easy (we reached early, and got the room half an hour or so earlier, and we checked our early morning for which we dropped the keys in the box at reception). Jane at the reception was very helpful. Since it was early autumn, it rained four of the seven days of our stay, and we were indoor more than we had planned, without regrets. The property is on a busy road, with bus stops and convenience stores within 2-3 min walk. CBD is 15 min away, with buses every 5 min. K mart, woolworth, Coles not far from the place. I got prompt responses to any queries. We had a good stay. Sydney is beautiful and most people are nice.

The bed in our bedroom was springy with loose bed springs and should be replaced. Other than the bed issue, everything else was acceptable.

The room was practical, clean and tidy. Access to the property was awkward but workable. Location was central to our needs.

In the 4 bedroom apartment, one of the room did not seem to have the a/c grill, hence this room quite hot even when we open the bedroom door to get the spill over a/c the room still feel hot and for some reason that apartment overall the ac do not work on both level. Especially the bedroom on level 1 is quite hot, even when we already set up the a/c temperature to be 17 degree.

Place is good and nice, there is some wear and tear to the kitchen cabinet and toilet. But overall is is a good place to book.

If you get a room facing the main road, it does get a bit noisy. Bed was not very comfortable.

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner. We had to wipe down the kitchen benches when we arrived. There was no clothes airer in the unit which would have been useful.

The rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows. There was plenty of space for a family to spread out. It was a great location to access public transport. Although on a main road the rooms were very quite and you could not tell.

Few missing items- no hairdryer, no shelves in the fridge door to stand up bottles. Beds are small doubles. Building next door is run down, and so first impressions are not great. No gym access at the moment.

Good set up for families, nice modern bathrooms and showers. Bus stop outside was very convenient. Helpful staff.

There were no fly screens on the balcony doors so we can bitten by mosquitoes.

There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the balconies and views too.
