We were really happy with everything and have no negative feedback.

Beautifully new, well designed and perfectly presented, with everything you need including a full kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. Loved the heated pool, spa and surrounding rooftop area! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Smith street is a very short walk with bustling nightlife. Grocery stores are a short walk away and a Greek Tavern is right across the road. All this at really good rates too. We will most definitely be back.

Some of the staff at the front desk were unknowledgable and unhelpful at times. I was directed to catch a tram to the art gallery but was told the wrong information and ended up lost in the city. A lot of them seem very bored with their job and are unwilling to add to the guest experience. Rachel on the front desk was great and was extremely helpful.

Beautiful & clean room. Gorgeous pool with little fireplaces surrounding it which was a gorgeous touch! Rachel at the front desk was very helpful!

Everything exceeded our expectation it was just our sheets - there were black stains when opening our bed on the first night. We didn't mind after 2nd-3rd glance as it looked like burn marks but just something you don't really want to see when hopping into your hotel bed. Otherwise not a deal breaker!

Location was perfect as well as having secure parking on site (ensure to book in advance as there are limited spaces), Easy to access public transport also to explore. Food spots just outside your door. Otherwise the place in its self is immaculate for a 4 Star hotel, facilities are amazing/clean. Yes you're in a busy part of the city but the soundproofing is second to none as soon as you slide your door close. Our room was spacious and comfy! Would Definitely recommend this hotel if needing to stay in Collingwood to near the city. Super value for money!

The staff at the counter was very friendly. The public facilities in the hotel are clean and spacious, including the gym, pool, spa, and conference room. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean.

I found staff a little flat, although one guy was very new. So all in all a good stay

For a compact room, I was very impressed with the additions to each room. Large fridge cooking facilities etc. Amazing & pretty confident we will be back

The soundproofing was amazingly good, to the point there was no phone reception in the room at all. Wifi worked well though!

Great modern rooms, clean, comfortable and offered all basic amenities. Only stayed the one night, room was impressively soundproof! Also came with a washing machine, full sized fridge and a kitchen with stove.

The courtyard openness feel of the unit, the unit and hotel itself, full cooking facilities, pool spa and gym and staff were all exceptional and walking distance to all trams, restaurants, shops and grocery. Perfect Stay

Such an amazing hotel in the heart of Collingwood. Staff went above and beyond organising a bottle of wine/card/balloons for my friend for her birthday. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough. Will definitely be back

The room was spacious and very quiet. It had all of the amenities we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable. Having a washer/dryer and iron was great. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. We also loved the pool area etc.

Nothing to dislike, one small feedback - better if the rooftop bar was open and busy.

The room facilities were excellent, you could live there! The car park was handy and the staff very helpful.
