If I had to nitpick, I wish they could be more thorough with the tidying! But it's a small issue.

I loved this hotel! Good and quiet location with lots of food options and tram stations nearby. The staff were friendly and flexible, allowing a slightly earlier check-in and late check-out. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable staying here.

Not really a dislike, but just mentioning so other people are aware. Paying extra for the “landmark view”. I paid a little extra to get a room with the view. Being unfamiliar with the area, not sure exactly what I was expecting, but the view was basically just of the street. Nothing particularly pretty or interesting. I asked staff and they said rooms without the view just have the next building right out front their window, so I guess it’s a better view than that at least 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Great location, close to trams, quiet room and hotel, comfortable, clean, had microwave, full-length mirror, good water pressure in shower, keycard for entry.

There is only one hook in the bathroom to hang towels.

The hotel is on the edge of the city. The tram is half a block away. Our accommodation was excellent. Very well equipped kitchen. Quiet even if the market across the street was busy and the nearby cafes were flat out. There are supermarkets a couple of streets away. Lovely heated indoor pool and gym. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.

Would have liked a towel rack in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. Unfortunately we found lipstick holder from a previous guest on the floor and the mirror in the bedroom was not cleaned.

The location was ideal for us - across the road from the Queen Victoria Markets and close to a tram stop. We had a suite which contained dishwasher, oven, stove top and all necessary utensils and crockery. Our room was in a very quiet part of the Hotel. Every one of the staff we interacted with were extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The bedside USB didn't seem to work - altho other USB were nearby. Personally I disliked the huge glass screen in the shower. Some building work in lobby but hey - it was during the day and it had to be done.

Arrived 19.30h on Sunday evening. Reception staff excellent. Room absolutely brilliant. No noise at all through windows. A couple of tram stops / stations within 2 minutes walk. Walk down to city centre very easy (altho queing up for pedestrians to cross roads is a pain in Melbourne.) A library adjacent (brilliant staff) a green park 5 minutes - the Victorian Market just over road and yet not a nuisance.

This is outside the hotel's control, but is a little noisy from the street. Only one towel hook to hang wet towels and lighting could be better in the bathroom.

Was a lovely surprise. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Room was lovely and extremely comfortable, even having a small very well equipped kitchenette. Lots of eating options nearby and only a short walk to the station. Will definitely stay here again.
