Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaPoor WiFi quality, Chromecast accessibility didn’t work - staff couldn’t fix and didn’t appear to care about it. Restaurant was only open until 10am for breakfast which is a bit too early for holidaymakers. Quite noisy on the lower floors from early morning rubbish collection/deliveries
Great location and modern, well appointed rooms. Easy walking distance to Rundle Mall, Victoria Square Tram Stop and and abundance of eateries, pubs, restaurants at the east end of Adelaide. 11am checkout was excellent!

AustraliaThere was nothing I could complain about during my stay at the Vibe Hotel; everything met my expectations and more. If I were picky, I would prefer natural milk to long-life, which is a personal choice, and there are never enough coffees, haha.
The friendly and accommodating staff at a great location is close to anything Adelaide City offers. We took advantage of the hotel parking for $25, as street parking is $10 for two hours, and we could explore the city on foot. Enjoying breakfast and the later check-out at 1100 the following day is just fantastic.

AustraliaPool a bit small and not really made to hang around, really a plunge thing. Lucky great weather during our stay so we enjoyed many Adelaide beaches close to cbd. No foxtel, only free to air. Did not bother us this trip, cause fringe festival and WOMADelaide kept us busy.
Small boutique hotel which we love. And hotel breakfast was THE BEST!!! The restaurant was very comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating available. Great location for our access to WOMADelaide by foot, 20min walk ok with us. Staff wonderful, always accessible and helpful. Secure parking in back lane way was easy. We extended our stay for 2 extra nights and cancelled another hotel we had booked.

Good location, clean and tidy accommodation, staff very nice and willing to assist. Fellow at the restaurant made us a coffee even though they had closed 2 hours prior. The lady at the front desk helped us with some tape to secure something to our luggage. The cleaning attendants were very nice and approachable when I needed more tissues.

AustraliaBathroom has no proper door (just glass doors). We’re not allowed for early check in or late check out (were only given extra 30 mins) and received a same template response twice when asked “we’re fully booked”.
The room we booked has a bathtub overlooking city view. Room was clean, spotless, modern. Staff at the restaurant are so nice to us.

AustraliaThe pool is quite small and not really suitable for children, and while protected, it is kind of outside so in Winter may be a bit cold. It is a little less central than other hotels in Adelaide but still very much walkable.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms are very nice, I was located higher up in the building and had the most amazing view of Adelaide! The food at the restaurant was excellent. Definitely would stay there again.
