They need to pay attention to detail ie: re-stock the room after guest checkout. EG: There were NO towel of any description and it took two phone calls to get them all and no mugs for tea and the kettle didn't work

The shower glass was a bit odd with the gap in it. The floor would get wet and also the toilet. Not a big issue but yeah the floor was just always wet even with the bath mat. The aircon was a bit rattly if left on for too long and in this heat it was essential to have it on.

We liked how the hotel was walking distance from everything, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really great

Soundproofing could be better between rooms. Think we were quite unlucky to be next to someone quite loud. Didn’t keep us up all night though which was good. We did also have to change rooms as wrong beds in original room.

Air conditioning is noisy and you can hear alot of outside noise other than that everything else was fine.

No small sofa to sit on to watch TV. No room in carpark to park our car. 3pm check in was way too late.

We loved being on the 12th floor for our wedding anniversary, great views, the bed was comfortable. Great restaurant for breakfast.

Stayed in a room facing the street and very noisy due to the industrial aircon unit on the building across the road - will stay again but only in a river view room

Was great rooms the only complaint I have is the the two rooms I last stayed in the air-conditioning was dripping all over the bed in one and the other all over there bags that's had my daughter in laws clothes in. Bathrooms need some updating. Our toilet kept making random creaking noises.

Rooms were a bit dated. Need a little bit of love. Aircon in the room did not work properly. Breakfast could be a little more exciting. Bar shut at 8pm.

The pool and bar area was great. Had a lovely few hours hanging out at the pool. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had a quick overnight trip for a birthday surprise and were pleasantly surprised to get into our room earlier which was very much appreciated.

Parking was a nightmare although team found a solution ! Room could have been a little cleaner with pillow Cases still damp and had a damp smell ! Bathroom was ok but the drainage had a back flow issue

I didn't like that fact that the walls were paper thin, while walking back to the elevator could hear people in a room having s*x, it was off putting especially for the other people in the hallway who had young children and could hear it all. I didn't like the fact that the house keepers washed all the towels in the same laundry the guests use and that they left it in there for a period of time once it was finished. Also I did ask for 2 single beds which we got one was against a wall and one was in the middle of the room it moved everytime I'd get up or roll over creating a safety risk

I liked that this motel was very central to Surfers Paradise and there was a Coles just over the road, the staff at the Vibe were great and very helpful and allowed us to check in early due to my traveling companion being unwell. The room was clean and tidy all though some wear and tear noticeable probably due to its age.

Hairs on the bedsheets and multiple towels. No blind on window in dressing area so room was bright as soon as the sun came up.

Well located on the river, just a 5minute walk to the heart of Surfer’s Paradise centre. Big room. Comfy bed.

The room was a little weathered, carpet could be replaced, it was quite dole and grubby

The bathroom wasn’t the nicest. Very small and cramped. It didn’t feel totally clean as there was mould in the grouting and the bath Matt was yellow. The shower was also hard to change from the bath setting.

The location was great and the balcony was lovely. The bed was so comfy!
