Despite many complaints one of the taps in the sink was not properly repaired and water was leaking continously

Breakfast need to improve. Most of the time there were long delays in replenishing the empty dishes due to shortage of staff. On all three days I found that pepper and salt receptacles were empty. I only eat eggs and on all days I had to eat only scrambled eggs. Fruit choices were inadequate.

My room wasn’t the cleanest.. black hairs all over the bathroom and walls both the days I was there, though it did look like the cleaners had been in. Im sure it would’ve been rectified had I mentioned it but I was too busy during my stay.

Air-con noise???

Staff. Irma at Reception especially needs a big pat on the back ... friendly, helpful, professional and very pleasant. Our room was upgraded — extremely comfortable and unexpected .... but VERY welcome!

Was at the front of the building so significant street noise. Bathroom fittings a little dated. Slightly smaller than photos suggested.

Great location for Museum and Central stations, close to Hyde park and QVB. Large bed. Nice toiletries included.

The taps were super hard to turn off and the toilet made a knocking noise for like 5 mins after flushing. Sounds like someone’s knocking on the door.

Property was beautiful. Was clean and stylish. Staff on at night were a bit rude just didn’t seem to have time for us. Kept telling us the wrong room number and then to top it off we were woken by house keeping as they thought we checked out but this was because they kept getting the 2 rooms wrong I booked.

The AC cooling was a bit weak. The lighting in the room was not uniformly bright enough.

The room was large and well appointed. The internet was easy to use, though a tad slow. The location is really fabulous.

Some of the staff members are very rude and unpleasant to deal with.

The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious. Very large rooms and comfortable beds.

Parking is stated as $35/night when paid at the hotel. I checked out at 8am and was told that if I hurry, it will be cheaper if I just pay at the parking station rather than the hotel as the rate changes at 6am. This didn’t make sense to me and I ended up paying $45 for 16 hrs parking at the parking station.

Couldn’t get alcoholic drinks delivered to room from room service? There was some large stains in furniture that look liked they just couldn’t get out so they left it. Was expensiveeee but can thank t swift for that

The Vibe is in an excellent location for using public transportation arriving from the airport and leaving via a cruise ship. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good. The room was quiet.

Had difficulty ordering food at the bar. Food and drinks took a very l9ng time to be delivered which was surprising and frustrating because the bar was almost deserted.
