everything was super dirty and smelly, weird people screaming at night, very very cold place, we requested for a heater and we got one but didn’t heat much. The cutlery they left for us in the room was dirty as well.

the only good thing was the location and size of the room was ok.

Knew it was a shared bathroom but didn’t realise there were so many bedrooms Didn’t feel very safe or secure about going to the bathroom at night

we booked in and booked out again. we preferred to drive back to Mandurah than stay there the night

Having to leave ! Not being able to stay! Not being able to have a later checkout (only single qualm)

A large spacious room with a deluxe comfortable massive bed. A large window easy to open and close for a cool fresh breeze. Bedside table with night lamp. Lovely roof fan for cooling down. A desk to sit at to do your paperwork and finally a small corner table with plates, bowels and cutlery all ready to go. Lockable door right next to shared bathroom with hot running shower and clean toilet stalls and lockable door. All other guests were friendly, well mannered and polite and easy to get along with. Everyone was mindful of each others space and privacy and everyone cleaned up after themselves especially in the huge well equipped with all you could need kitchen. Spacious living room with large couch to chill and relax on with large screen tele. Free to use washing machine, easily accessible patio area and large front garden area with table and seating and large sail covers to protect from the sun or rain. Felt very safe and secure with front gate and railed fencing around property and code locked front door. Excellent value for money wish I could have stayed longer.

People living there up all night making to much noise couldn't sleep no respect for others one mainly one who ran around the place talking to him self. Felt uneasy staying there.

the double room we had was so clean, the beds we’re super comfortable and the owners are so friendly! If you book direct it’s also cheaper! Free parking out the front is also a bonus and it’s an easy 10 minute walk to Victoria park high street where there’s shopping and restaurants.

This property is just a drug house. Shouting and screaming all day and night, the police got called during the 2 awful days we were there. It’s very clear it is long term Australian tenants who sit around all day smoking and drinking and abusing drugs. Our roof was leaking in the room due to the rain and created a puddle, the owner did not care in the slightest. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. I actually avoided using it as much as possible. There was no soap to wash anything in the kitchen, and just pots and pans left everywhere. Had the guests pester me multiple times for “smokes” after telling them I don’t smoke. If you have an extra $10 to spare for the night, BOOK ELSEWHERE. This place should seriously be inspected for its lack of health and safety. And for the price??? I don’t know how the owner is comfortable sleeping at night knowing he’s advertising a misleading “comfortable” nights accommodation. It is awful. This should not be advertised on booking.com, it is unfair that people have to experience such a mess.

Bed was broken and couldn’t sleep at night. Facilities were run down. Very poor facilities and very dirty. Needs an inspection by the authorities to improve the standard.
