No mattress protector :-( My partner loved the king size bed but it was a bit firm for my taste. …….. stairs to our room. Couldn’t be helped this visit, as it was a very busy weekend. Next time we will ask for a ground floor.

We could not use the balcony because our neighbours were smoking. Would have loved to have enjoyed the view with a glass of wine. Would be great if there was a dedicated smoking area that did not impact other guests.

Room was large and very clean. Decor was lovely and although located at the back of the hotel we heard very little noise and had a great sleep.

King bed, springs little pokey so first night little rough, flat pillow or a firm large pillow no option in-between.

Venue was great though acoustic was little much with alot of people in there but food was fantastic as was the staff.

The staff at the Victoria Hotel were exceptional. Rhonda went above and beyond to ensure my stay was fantastic. The Victoria Hotel was apparently the place to be on a Saturday night. They had live music and a wonderful atmosphere. The food and drinks were well priced, fantastic quality and delivered quickly even though they were super busy!

Air cons struggled a bit as it was hot and the apartment living space wasn't getting any of the air from bedrooms. The ability to have breakfast or room service would have been nice.

Ideally located with quick check in and convenient check out. We were able to have early checkin which was great because we were attending a wedding and needed time to freshen up. Super clean and roomy accommodation. Bed was very comfy and air con worked a treat!

Very Basic accomodation. Need shade sail over the balcony so you can actually use it. Too hot to sit in the sun. Also too many spider webs everywhere. Cleaners could wipe down tables and chairs so they weren't covered in webs and bird poop

Need to have a key deposit box for those staying inside the hotel inside the front door.I was unaware that the deposit box on check out was right down the back with the other accommodation available and as check out was 10 but hotel didn’t open till 11 I had to leave our room cards with the bottle shop next door.

The unhappy bar staff. We were locked out of the hotel and our room 20 mins earlier than we should have been. No instructions to work the tv/netfix

The housekeeping staff were friendly and obliging. Bar and food staff were complete opposite. Not friendly or smiling or welcoming to visitors. They all need to improve on customer service

Disappointing the car park is between the river and the bungalows .. this is not a considerate design of the natural environment. The hotel should have used the beautiful view not carved into it with a car park. This should have been to the side.

Wife said toilet bowl wasnt clean and debris on Floor.one 0f 4 Complimentary milks was cheesy and lumpy.It was Melbourne Cup Lunch but i found it a little hard to get attention at the bar.for Lunch Order and Drinks,2nd Attempt okay,Lemon merienge Pie awful.

Early Check in,,Bottle of Brown Brothers Champayne,,, after i revealed to Check in Staff,was my Birthday,Pot of Tea for One was Plentiful and Hot,Wifes Rib eye Steak for Dinner was cooked Perfect,medium Rare.My chicken Palmy Hawaian Style was Delicious and big Portion.Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner, in Shower was Refreshing.Shady tree for Motorcycles outside no 9 unit.
