    Prior to our arrival we were charged $216 to park our vehicle on the property. Your advertising for this property clearly states that free parking is available. This is false and misleading advertising Upon arrival we noticed that crockery in the cupboards were greasy and dirty. There was not enough crockery/cups for 8 people Cupboard doors and hinges were broken. Whilst there was an instruction book for a microwave, none was present. There were no replacement rubbish bags and insufficient toilet paper supplied for our stay. There was a stain on the carpet in the down stairs passage. There was only one wardrobe for hanging, of which one door was missing The shower in the downstairs bedroom ensuite was unusable. The shower head could not be secured at a height to use. The toilet seat was an incorrect size for the toilet bowl and collapsed into the bowl if you sat on it. The window treatment in the ensuite bedroom was insufficient to block out the light from next door that was on continuously. This required us to block the window with cardboard. Loud talking/yelling/disputes from the neighbours well into the early ours of the morning. Cooking smells from the neighbours permeating through the house It appears that there are at least 15 people living next door. Only one bedside table light was operable. Dirty towels were left in the upstairs bathroom. Window treatments in the lounge area are sub standard. The TVremote did not operate the TV at different times. We have been wrongly charged twice. Firstly for car parking when your advertising clearly states it is free, and secondly a cleaning fee for a carpet stain that was there prior to our arrival. The fact that our “damage deposit” was returned to us in full indicates that this additional charge is just a dishonest charge to obtain more money. Overall. The property is sub standard, and the property managers are dishonest. Please do not hesitate to call. David March. 041781936
