Was difficult to find the villa without a map. Had to ask at the reception desk as we had no idea where we were. Our host explained that the accommodation was separate to the facility but thankfully the reception staff were very pleasant and very helpful in finding our accommodation

Some of the retreat facilities needed to be freshened up, and if the villa had a bigger fridge.

The Villa was amazing, It had everything you could imagine that you needed. The location was close to everything you wanted to visit. The beach was at your doorstep private parking, comfortably bed amazing shower and spa bath.

Nothing i did not like at all.

This was a perfect location for my work trip and will try and book this for my next visit. The bed and over all unit was just perfect. Only constructive feed back i have is that the shower head needs fixing as seems to be a little broken on one side. Still amazing rain head thou.

Too many unnecessary items, especially considering it's only for two people! Two sets of cutlery & crockery, loads of bowls, trays, ornaments & furniture. It all made it feel cluttered. Struggled to find space for our own items. The bed was dressed with cushions & a furry throw that looked lovely. But due to lack of room we struggled to find space to store them when we actually needed to use the bed. The resort itself was looking rather tired. The gym was in desperate need of a deep clean & some paint. The indoor pool was closed due to repairs. The photo of the outside pool is incorrect. Either it's an old photo & the pool have had some refurbishment. Or it's a totally different pool!?

The villa is well situated for an easy stroll to a beach & a short drive to Coffs Harbour. As well as easy access to the main road(s) to local attractions & places of interest. It's clean & more than enough items to accommodate your every need during your stay. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was clean.

It was an amazing experience, lovely cozy little villa, attention to detail and very neat. Felt very welcomed. Very reasonable price, couldn't ask for more. I loved the atmosphere got to meet some interesting wildlife.

I highly rate Villa 3 By The Sea!! Only minor suggestions... It was a little tricky to find initially as the resort is huge! I would love to bring my whole family for a little R and R. Unfortunately I don't think I will have the finances as it is a little pricey.

It was fabulous; great location, excellent facilities. Really close to another resort that we had to attend for a wedding. Highly recommended Aanuka and Villa 3 By The Sea!

Unfortunately the air con in our unit was out of order and the first night was a bit chilly. However we rang the next morning and they delivered a portable heater which worked fine. You cant really walk anywhere of interest as it is a bit out of the way. But we had a hire car so that was ok.

Beautiful unit. We stayed for 3 nights and unit was very easy to find, I work in hospitality and would rate the unit 10/10 for cleanliness. Very impressed. We stayed for 3 nights and the unit had everything you would need for your stay.
