Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThere was not nearly enough regular tea bags. for example if 5 guests have just 1 cup of tea per day that's 10 teabags and there were only 3 regular teabags, let alone if we had a couple of cups each day No WiFi is very unusual in this day and age. We haven't stayed anywhere that doesn't have Free or paid Wi Fi

ArgentinaOnly thing I would add is wifi and a barbacue.
The apartment was very clean and well maintained and location was great. Also, it is very well equipped, so we had everything we needed to enjoy. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is a barbecue in the balcony and wifi. The unit is inside Oaks Cypress Lake and the reception agent was very helpful. Also, if you are after renting electric bikes, you can rent from them too.

AustraliaMinor issues only…. The master bedroom needs the fly screen to balcony fixed. Had to wrestle to open n close as it comes off the track.. Also master bedroom door needs a better door stopper, my 91 yr old mother pushed door open and it hits the mirror wardrobe door, lucky it didnt break.

AustraliaThe villa was not well maintained nor clean. The floors were dirty, bathroom taps had not been cleaned properly (downstairs tap still had toothpaste on it), and there were not enough body wash etc for all guests, and limited cleaning options for the kitchen. This was rectified when we called Unwind Hunter Valley, and they brought more items as needed. The villa not accessible for anyone with low or limited mobility and this is not exclusively mentioned on the site. The reception of the Oaks Cypress that provides support for the villa were incredibly difficult to get.hold of for assistance and were not particularly helpful. It was quite pricey for what we got. No wifi and limited reception amongst the bush.
The pool was close by with a lovely bushland view. The kitchen was well stocked with cooling utensils and equipment (minus things for washing up), and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.
