It wasn't a bad stay however if facilities & rooms could be updated I'm sure the stay would have scored a lot higher. A curtain rail was broken in my room which meant we were waking extra early to light - and lacked privacy when getting changed. Two fans were supplied but base of one was broken so unusable. Bathroom has slight smell to it. However, you get what you pay for & all in all it wasn't unlivable. Location is good & staff friendly enough. Oh - restaurant not open either FYI!

I found a baby spider underneath the blanket. Too noisey when people from the next room move in.

The room is quite big, but the beds are too old, I can feel the springs when lie on it.

TV screen was smaller than my smart phone and the in room radio was laughable and very out-dated but it added to the charm. Sliding door was not so slidey. Restaurant looks like it hasn't opened in years. Grounds and surrounds run-down.

Room #9 Surprisingly, the bed was clean and comfortable, pillows not so much. Room size was good. Price for an over-nighter you can't beat just don't expect 5 stars.

Stayed in room 16. No handrail on the upper part of the stairs, it had been removed. Couch and chairs not comfortable, padding worn out and flat. Teflon cook wear needs to be replaced as teflon is peeling off. Had to buy tongs and egg spatula, very hard to lift eggs out of pan with spoon. Only small cups, went and bought mugs. No lid on rubbish bin. Decking needs replacing. Only 2 plastic chairs for all the units in our group of units and 1 very weak and old.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The unit very clean. Shower nice and hot. Good water pressure. Plenty of towels. Staff very friendly.

entrance from main road (hard to see entrance and hard to see traffic going out), lack of eating facilities, carpets in room could do with replacement. Some noise from adjacent room (Wall too thin)

Convenient, well located, Would have liked to use heated pool & sauna but not aware it existed so had no togs. Would have liked to get something to eat but closed. Suggest it would be good for someone to do up

A bit run down, balcony railing rusted and not secured, high risk of someone leaning and falling from second storey. Some lighting not working and curtains don't block out light

The ceiling light above the vanity didn't work. the refrigerator contained a half empty 2 litre bottle of milk that was out of date and there was a plastic bag in the fridge that held a partially eaten cooked chicken.

Very very dated and ripped carpet. Beds sagging and old. Very basic. Heater did not work. No aircon in our room. Elderly radio did not work. Small TV. Very old bathroom.

Pool was cold Gaming room was open but gaming machine's didn't work and took the kids money. Outside our door smelt like urine The shower pressure was shocking.

Noise neighbours, specially when you are trying to sleep, shower curtain had to be close because the shower keep dripping water also the shower wasn’t clean at all, the face washer’s also tea towel had stains .

The units were so old. The bathroom was terrible and attached to the kitchen. Tv was super small. The oven didn’t work. Don’t think there was aircon that we saw. Noisy when ppl stayed next door for toilet flushing, tv and going up and down stairs.
