Lift of the wing we were in was not working, even though the staff asked us if that was ok and we did say yes thinking they are repairing it but even after 7 days of staying there the lift was not repaired.

GREAT experience at the Vue Apartments, view from our apartment and our room was excellent and could not ask for more. We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Location was excellent and close to all attractions.

The only thing was the apartment’s wifi which didn’t work. Lisa from reception and Greg helped us out and we connected to the pool area wifi instead.

The apartment was great! Big Spaces and well equiped. The Kitchen had everything you needed. The terrace was big and overlooked the swimming pool with amazing views of sunset and sunrise! We loved Trinity Beach!

Couch was very uncomfortable. Apartment needs a vac so we can keep the carpets clean. Unfortunately lifts were out of action. Need a rubbish shoot upstairs. Bringing rubbish bags from L 5 each day was painful.

Beds were very comfy. Staff were super helpful and extremely friendly. Pay when you arrive at property. Apartment very spacious. Good cooking facilities. Quiet. View was spectacular. Pool was lovely. Also liked bbq and seating right by the pool.

The pool area is lovely but there are only two umbrellas next to the pool. There are multiple sunbeds but none of them have umbrellas which makes relaxing at the pool during the day in this heat close to impossible. There are two sheltered barbecue areas but those only have chairs. Investing in 5-10 Umbrellas shouldnt be a big issue. Elevators didnt work due to flooding (Which we were advised to prior to our arrival). We were offered a free refund but decided to go ahead as we had booked flights and car already. We are glad that we didnt cancel the holiday as it was a lovely stay but being in the 5th floor definitely impacted our stay with bringing suitcases and shopping up there. We were told the elevators broke on 17th December and when we left it was 12th January and still not working.

Great spacious apartments with good AC and ventilators. Huge balconies with stunning view. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and booked to excursions for us. Good location with some restaurants and attractions around or not far away.

Elevators weren't working due to the cyclone we were told. And the view was clouded water, but that wasn't the facilities fault.

The views were good and the stay was excellent. The pool was nice since we couldn't swim at the beach for stingers. A cyclone and flooding near here had just occurred making the ocean water murky. The pool did get warm though which was disappointing in the hot temperatures. The convenience of restaurants within walking distance was a plus!

despite the recent floods apartment's and grounds were excellent hosts are always welcoming and help with anything, I would thoughly recommend Vue apartments we have stayed there before. everything is close and you dont need to drive anywhere if you dont wont. You can relax in the pool and lookout to the sea watch boats go by

The photos of the room we booked were different to the room we got, The location of the hills near the seashore was not visible from the room we got. I’d suggest confirming before booking if you are keen on the view.

Pool area was beautiful and the private access to the beach to go walking every morning Local restaurants were great The room had 2 bathrooms, master bedroom with a spa bath and both the kitchen and laundry amenities were convenient with children. Secure parking and lift access made everything safe We had an amazing stay and would highly recommended

It would be nice if they could add one or two big umbrellas at the pool area.

The property was perfect there’s nothing to fault. The welcome from the staff was good, the apartment itself was clean and spacious for our family of 5. We loved the view of the sea and the pool (infinity pool was a hit for us). The kids loved swimming and relaxing at the pool. Loved that we didn’t have to drive to get food.

There is nothing we could fault with Vue, everything exceeded expectations.

Loved the beachfront location, right on top of restaurants & cafes, the infinity pool was absolutely beautiful & the views of the Coral sea stunning. The apartment was huge & spotlessly clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be returning to Vue apartments.

For us, the beach is not really suitable for swimming, but we prefer the pool anyway.

Location was great. Accomodation was clean and modern. The pool was beautiful and I could see that the whole property was well looked after and maintained. There's easy access to beach and restaurants and location was quiet and peaceful. Secure parking was great too.
