However there 2 thing that would have made my stay exceptional: The bedspread was a little rough on the skin, not soft enough to my liking and other hotels ive been. That definitely a big factor for me and my husband as it incorporates to a good night sleep. The Pool could have been a little warmer to really enjoy an indoor pool in adults hours or even better had a Jacuzzi. This would have made the area more popular and people would have stayed longer and thus using the bar more which could be a plus for the hotel revenue.

Everything was perfect, beautiful vibrant hotel from the amazing smiling customer service, dancing vibe bedroom, to the sophisticated bathroom with little touches that made the difference compare to other hotels, amazing toilet jet which i personally find delighting, swimming pool area and ambiance.

Unfortunately the housekeeping service was not up to standard. We had three people in one room and I needed to call every day for an extra set of towels as only two sets were provided. I also needed to request replacement mugs and spoons, soap and tissues as these items weren't replenished when used items were taken. Attention to detail needs to be improved for the price point of the hotel.

In room dining didn’t seem to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. It wasn’t bad at all, just felt it could be a little better for the price.

Coffee wasn't the best but that's all I can come up with as a negative. Otherwise everything else on offer was great.

The bar service within the room is super expensive. Water took a long time to warm up. I didn't like how the bed sheets were two sheets sandwiched over the blanket, it would all become loose and felt cheap for the price per night.

Beautiful decor, very clean. Lovely reception staff. BEAUTIFUL welcome message for our wedding with some gorgeous sweets waiting for us upon check in.

The pool and pool area are amazing !! We ate dinner at Culprit and food was amazing, the service was great. We also had drinks at Curious and bar staff were attentive. Great place to meet for drinks and snack.

Excited for our stay at W Melbourne, reception staff were excellent , booking in was quick and professional staff made us feel welcome. Unusual entrance, not at what we expected as a 5 star hotel, a little underwhelming. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the toilet with the warm seat and automatic opening was a bit of a novelty. The pool area was incredible and we throughly enjoyed the afternoon enjoying a swim and wine. Drinks and meals terribly overpriced. Stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t made up. Unsure if we would stay again but it was a worth a visit.

Modern and very aesthetic! All staff were extremely easy to talk to and very helpful. Especially the staff in the lower carpark offering help to book taxis etc. the breakfast buffet was amazing and specifically two female chefs were extremely accommodating for my young child who was upset.
