Has more than you’d ask for given it’s a fair way away from Darwin. Resturant, pool, rooms were great and it’s close to a major shopping centre and another pub next door.

Aircon was a bit noisy and no way to adjust apart from turning off.

Location was really good and cleanliness and staff fantastic.

No hot food for breakfast. Air-conditioning should be split system, not window rattlers.

Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Good location.

Room air conditioners require servicing; bathroom toilet leakage minor but needs attention; TV shuts down very frequently; vehicle security not adequate unless requesting parking in campground; lack of staff to provide for breakfast in dining room (set food allocations provided in paper bag to room); very expensive beverages in bar.

Very convenient location; popular meeting place; delicious food; friendly staff.

The food was a bit hit and miss, I had beautiful barra one night and then a steak that I couldn't cut with a steak knife the next night. I did mention it, but it was very busy and I'm not sure if the staff took it on board.

The staff at reception were so helpful and welcoming. The relaxed environment and just all round friendliness.

From check in to check out the staff went out of their way to be welcoming with a high level of service all round. Continental breakfast was great. Plenty to choose from, and I really appreciated the different types of ‘milk’. Dinner was delicious and the service faultless. Hopefully next time we will have time to take advantage of the very inviting pool.

the basin in the bathroom needed a good scrub, some dirt up around the lip of the basin which is yucky for cleaning your teeth! The cafe ran out of soy milk which meant I couldn't get a coffee (not a big deal, an understandable, but still a shame I couldn't have coffee)

Breakfast was good. Plenty of fresh fruit, nice yoghurt and different cereal choices, tea and coffee. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very comfortable and cool. Also enjoyed sitting in the Bistro by the pool. There was even complimentary biscuits to have with my cup of tea, many places no longer provide this anymore.

Some staff in the restaurant were quite short in how they spoke to the customers.

Room was lovely. Pool was nice. Dinner was delicious and efficient service in terms of how long the meal took, especially as they were really busy.

Price. Very , very expensive. $ 274 AUD for one night. Compare with 4 star hotel in Darwin, top location on the Esplanade for $ 104 AUD a night. That is huge difference.

Bedlinen could do with an update; gardens could be improved.

Best things about the property are the central location, helpful, engaging, friendly staff and good meals at the restaurant.
