The room was great, had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast foods supplied (eggs, bread, milk, butter, cereals) were a great addition in the mornings. There were lots of wallabies in view through the day, which was really nice to wake up to. The views from the balcony and from the spa were beautiful. The sunset whilst in the spa, spectacular. The kitchen had all the appliances you needed to cook up a nice breakfast and the pool looked great, but we didn't use it during our stay. Very relaxing and quiet, with only the sounds of the birds whilst out on the balcony. We were only there for a couple of nights, but would definitely return again.

The location and setting is very peaceful and serene next to the forest and with a view of the hills in the distance.

Wanted to stay longer but the room was booked so we couldnt :(

very serene and peaceful property. The bed was absolutely amazing. Netflix on the TV and decent kitchenette that you can cook full meals in. Spa overlooks the valley and was beautiful to watch the sunset. Dan the onsite staff member was very friendly and knows the local area very well. Highly recommend this place

There was nothing we didn’t like

The property was just what we needed- quite. Dan greeted us with warm and enthusiasm. If you are looking for a place to recharge and relax this is for you. Bush walking on the property is beautiful, seeing the wildlife especially the wallabies as the name suggests, watching the sunset over the mountains. There is a pool and spa also a fire pit which we didn’t use this time but we will definitely be back.

Some people would have been worried abut the low TV reception and occasional loss of phone signal. We did not care about that.

Each cabin was on its own and we were unaware of others except their car in the parking space. The gazebo outside had a BBQ and furniture all set out ready to use. The view from the balcony out into the scrub was amazing and we saw lots of wallabies. The lounge furniture was cosy and a selection of books, games etc were in the lounge area.

Something too lie on the verandah, read a book and relax. The cushions on the pool lounges were a bit old and dated.

Dan the host was the best person for the place. What an absolute gentleman. The rooms were perfect, the bed was divine. Loved how quite and peaceful it was

Not really.

Can’t give higher praise to this retreat. It has wonderful view in the room and has a fabulous sunset view through its outdoor spa. Host was amazing and be able to provide a lot of local travel recommendations which ended up as one of the best days in our travel.

Our friendly caretaker Dan assisted us with anything we needed with little effort. His home made bread was a nice welcoming touch. Wallabies laying nearby & King Parrots visiting for a feed with just the sounds of nature around you all day & night. Swimming pool in that environment was a bonus. Not a very many accommodation units on site which makes it a more personal & intimate stay.

Couch could be a bit more comfortable.

Comfy bed, beautiful view, nice cool pool for very hot days, Dan went out of his way to ensure breakfast was to my satisfaction and quickly cleaned up storm debris after a nasty thunderstorm. Also, when the DVD player didn't work he quickly found a substitute.

there was nothing we didn't like but if we went again we would probably book a room in the shared house, we were put off by the description on the web site of a share terrace, but this was not a problem at all as quite well segregated, and the rooms are really nice with the best views

it was really peaceful , beautiful view of sunset , pool and hot tub was nice, seeing the wallabies and feeding wild parrots , Dan (manager) was really excellent , very welcoming and a fantastic host, thank you
