The bed wasn't comfy & squeaked with every minor move we made. The sliding door in the bedroom jammed and trapped my kids in their a few times during the trip, only momentarily, but it was still a pain. We had to leave it open. The shower also doesn't drain very well, so the floor was constantly wet in the whole bathroom. The shared recreation room or games room with the claw machines etc, the money slots were either blocked with a screw so we couldn't use them or they took our money and didn't work. The eftpos on them didn't work either. Tried playing air hockey on the table in there too, and that didn't seem to be functional either, sadly. The snack/drink vending machine in the shared area took our money and didn't give us our drink. So we pretty much j gave up on using that area completely. It was a great concept but didn't seem to be maintained at all. The info in our room and online in that regard was a bit misleading.

Positioning. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the beach was walking distance from our cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans etc to allow us to make our own meals. Full sized fridge was a great size for us all. Furnishings were appealing, lounge space was substantial for a family. Staff were friendly and helful i couldnt fsult anyone we came across during our stay. We had great neighbours too and all other guests in passing were very welcoming and up for a chat. Positioning from the beach was perfect, we loaded up our little wagon and wheeled it down to the beach for the day. Kids absolutely loved it and they were thoroughly worn out and didn't fight us when bedtime came that's for sure.

We had to make our daughters singles beds I’m unsure why they weren’t made up, all the park bins seemed to smell really rotten. The equipment such as the go carts half of them where unusable

There isn't anything that I didn't like, apart from a maintenance issue with the shower. It had great pressure and the water stayed hot however while showering some water would leak out onto the bathroom floor, we soon learned to put a towel outside the shower.

I loved the view, we were lucky enough to have an ocean view cabin and looking out the loungeroom window there was a spectacular view of the beach, but the highlight was watching the sunset while sitting at the table eating dinner. The cabin was clean and very comfortable with all utensils, making it convenient if staying for longer periods.

We organised for the rooms to be set up as we were arriving out of hours, but the two beds did jot have sheets or towls We had to share towels and one person had to use the hand towel

The location is right next to the beach which was clean and beautiful. Kids love the pet zoo that has goat, lama, chooks and ponies. Jumping pillow is also a plus, we wish to have a swimming pool and tennis court.

Windows were dirty with cobwebs. Kitchen can be better equipped with basic pantry supplies like olive oil, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, storage containers, cling wraps.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, modern Unit with everything you need. The heating is great & the shower is magnificent...2 things that are important. Magnificent views of the ocean right in front of you with amazing sunsets.

No soap in bathroom for hand washing. Vertical blind falling apart. Sliding door very hard to move.

Door track dirty, full of sand - made door quite difficult to slide open/ close.
