Bathroom a little small. Key to room and back door needed to be marked as to which was which as struggled a little in the dark to find the right key for the back door. Good to have a tv/lounge room to chill out in although we struggled a little to get a DVD playing. Some written instructions on how to use the media player would help for those of us technologically disadvantaged

Lovely old building. Nice large, clean room with a comfy bed. Friendly staff in the tap room, full of knowledge on the local ales/cider. Lovely outdoor patio area to sit and have a few drinks and chat with fellow travellers. Shared tv/lounge room was nice with a very comfy couch to spread out on. Breakfast was nice and easy.

Dined with 70 and 80 year olds and seating was bar stools with no backs - not comfortable Breakfast poor - some muesli but BYO bread to toast and nothing else

A coffee machine would have made it perfect I think. Also maybe some kind of snacks available at check in. It was a little bit noisy at night with the bar noise but not enough to keep me from falling asleep rather quickly.

Very clean - especially for an older building. The bedroom was large and had an excellent firm mattress. I loved the great big fluffy bath towels. I'm sorry I wasn't able to have dinner because the menu looked great. Plenty of parking as well.

Room was huge with lounge, bedroom and large bathroom. Whole accommodation area was really nice. Breakfast was good and a large tv lounge/common room. Food at the restaurant was great though a little expensive.

What a great find this place was. Close to Cradle Mountain, set in a small town, whilst easy to find. Check in was easy and quick. Room was large with a separate sitting area/eating area. There was also a shared large lounge area with a selection of movies to view. Bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was served and was cereal with fresh milk, tea/coffee. In the main bar area they had a selection of local beers to try and happily set up a tasting board. There are meals available which are good value.

Great find on my travels. Great location, very comfortable and homey. Having the pub downstairs for dinner and a drink in the evening was very handy. Would highly recommend if you are travelling that area.

A lovely old building with leafy garden. Room big and comfortable. Toiletries natural and best quality. Breakfast was a bonus. Taphouse downstairs was enjoyable with good drinks, food and live entertainment (Friday night).

unfortunately they only have craft beer, and as we don’t drink that we spent all our time down at the other pub. And the garden has potential to be something beautiful

Perfect countryside location close to Cradle Mountain. The best is that the hotel has its rooms on top of a pub, and has a craft brewery, so you can go downstairs and have a beer and some really good food with novelty asian touch. Breakfast is musli and yoghurt and coffee - only this but very good to start the day.

Best pub food I ever tasted, staff were friendly, it was a large older pup style rooms.
