Excellent boutique vibe with attached coffee shop/gin bar and restaurant. The heritage goal warders accommodation has been beautifully restored into atmospheric luxury accommodation.

The ' knock knock knock' sound woke us early, well, okay, 7am in the morning. Being the unit above Gimlet's I finally worked out it was the sound of the coffee grinder banging!! We only had one window closed, so that may have not helped. The water pressure was a bit low. As an old establishment, this too may have contributed.

Apart from the location, we loved it when at our check in, the staff member said, "Oh, and everything in the mini bar is free!" On top of the free coffee and pastry in the morning...a unique combination.

Located at the edge of the Fremantle Markets, the beautifully and respectfully restored Warders Cottages connect the past with the present, balancing modern luxuries with heritage features. A mini-bar filled with complimentary soft drinks, beer and wine, chocolate and crisps on arrival, and fresh lemons and limes; still and sparkling water on tap; complimentary coffee and pastry for breakfast and the most beautiful, generous staff.

One of our rooms. The one closest to cafe was very noisy. It was Saturday night. The guests in that room got very little sleep.

Great stay in centre of Fremantle. Clean comfortable and beautiful appartments. Free mini bar was a bonus.

Staff were friendly, rooms and beds super comfortable. So close to local restaurants and wine bars. Can walk everywhere once you get there. Bonus that Fremantle markets are on your door step on the weekend.

Central location, beautiful accommodation;everything was within walking distance. Fremantle Markets, IGA, wine bars, pubs, movies, etc. Accommodation was awesome. Two taps for water and sparkling water in the kitchen. Also next door to Emily Taylor's which I recommend.

Very noisy at night with the music from nearby nightclub loud in the room until the early hours. Rooms were a bit dark.

I loved it all.

Absolutely gorgeous spot! Exceeded my expectations, very comfortable bed and great pillows. So clean! Great location and I loved the complimentary coffee and pastry from the coffee shop downstairs!

The bunk beds were a little hard. Perhaps a slightly thicker mattress would help. The chairs around the table were a tad uncomfortable, although we didn't stay indoors for long.

The quirkiness of the accommodation and how it had no way lost its charm by putting in a modern bathroom and electrical amenities. The seating outside each apartment was great to watch the world go by. The location was good with easy access to Fremantle shops, bars and beach.

Having to pay for parking which you pay day & night rates. This was my only issue. We did ask about the parking and was told to go across the road to paid parking.

We stayed in the W1 on first floor. Warders is in a Great location, close to market and main cafe strip with local bars. Hotel Facilities was great, the room was spacious and comfortable. Considering the location, the room was not noisy, so we were very happy! I loved the water dispenser taps which was handy over the hot summer and filling your bottles before heading off to the beach. I would stay here again!!

Bfast included with coffee and 1 pastry. Sufficient for adults but not enough variety for children Room floor is full wood (some areas not very smooth) but no room slipper provided. This is the most important room for improvement for me. My son’s foot was pricked by a thorn from the wooden floor

The breakfast was ok but maybe a voucher to choose a local restaurant but the coffee was amazing and really enjoyed having it at the Gimlet. Sooo cute. That’s all I can say would need improvement but was still happy.

I loved everything about The Warders Hotel. You step outside your door and you have everything at your fingertips. It was very convenient to restaurants, pubs, and cafes. We even had pre drinks in our courtyard with a bunch of friends before we went to dinner. Free minibar, !Sparkling water on tap!! Sooo cool The hotel was soooo cute.
