We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI stayed here to enable working online during the day and found the cottage/cabin to be better than expected for this purpose. A more than reasonable size desk was available standard which really helped. The space was a little larger than anticipated which was fabulous. Used the free wi-fi and this worked well for video conferencing.

AustraliaThe light on our verandah went on every 2 minutes for 2 minutes throughout the night, lighting up our room & making sleep difficult. We were given a room for the disabled which we didn't book.
The location was part of hotel which was convenient for a meal. We were given a voucher for a free drink each with a meal. Table & chairs on verandah were lovely.

Australiano fly screens on any of the windows. At night the veranda light came on automatically and the Venetian blind at the front of cabin 2 was back to front and so could not block out the light during the night.

AustraliaHand towels and face washers for the bathroom are not supplied, bring your own! The window curtain does not block out the light that is on all night outside, bring an eye mask if it bothers you. The bathroom is long and quite narrow, may be a problem for very large persons or if you have a mobility issue.
This is nice accommodation for a small outback town, the rooms are adjacent to the local pub and motel reception is at the hotel bottle shop! The hotel is popular with locals but we felt very comfortable in our room and it was quiet, no disturbances at all. Our room was comfy, clean and supplied almost everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, the shower was excellent.

AustraliaThere is no breakfast facility here but the cafe that sells camel burgers in the main street is a winner.
The two bedroom unit connected to the hotel is spacious but a bit drab. The reception is located in the bottle shop and thermal water with a slight sulphurous smell comes out of the shower. The location in the middle of the town is good for walking everywhere.

AustraliaThe utilities such as kettle,toaster,microwave was too cramped to use efficiently. An extra shelf would have provided the space.
The cabin was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the new Spa,which is highly commended after a big day on the road. After all the accommodation I have used over the past month - this represents good value. Parking was outside and the all round environment was appreciated.

AustraliaSignage to get to the front bar from the motel rooms would help. Having a pool on the premises would make this motel stand out from all the others. It already is the best but a pool would really set it out.
A very comfortable size room with all amenities provided including a microwave, eating utilities, and the ensuite was a comfortable size as well.
