We loved everything about waterfall lodge, Peter and Susan have thought of everything and the attention to detail was second to none, normally photos are better than real life where this was the opposite. Peter Is a great man also and couldn’t do enough to help us. We stayed an extra night also because we loved it that much.

Everything. Peter and Susan provide just about everything in Waterfall Lodge….breads, butter/jams, fruit, chips, bickies, wine, and a couple of beers. A selection of juice, soft drink, and chocolates, and the list goes on!

OMG, it was amazing! Wished I was there longer. So quite and tranquil. They are so generous, and I will be back 100% Beth tub was to die for. Romantic weekend for sure!!!

The atmosphere was serene and private. Lovely outlook of a natural waterfall, trees, and birds. The lodge was modern, very clean, and aesthetically beautiful. Hosts went well above expectations providing complimentary treats, products and provisions. An exceptional stay!

Nothing. It was perfect.

Everything. It's hard to put it all into words without writing a novel. The service was outstanding, which came through in the incredible generosity with the mini bar and complimentary breakfast and in arrival items. Roses left for us. The fire was tended to whenever we needed it. We were left alone unless we needed something. Absolute privacy. The room is INCREDIBLE!!!! Everything about it - the bed and room, the BATHROOM and SPA BATH, and shower! The kitchen, the cooking amenities. The TV and all the stations -has 70s, 80s, 90, and 00s VEVO playlists. The waterfall, the creek, the rainforest!!! So beautiful!!! The indoors fire, the robes, the slippers, the couch. The rug! There's also a pullout table and two chairs, for meals. The cutlery and all the plates, etc! The fish washer is amazing. The hosts are SOOOO wonderful! Really! The best place I've ever stayed at. We didn't get bored in our room, there's so much to do without having to leave.

I cannot recommend the waterfall lodge enough! My partner and I had been feeling disconnected, Peter and Susan have created such a beautiful, thoughtful space that is perfect for couples to connect and find that spark again. The hosts were very accommodating, we wanted for nothing our entire stay. The space was absolutely incredible as was the surrounding nature, there was such an impeccable attention to detail and comfort. Words don't do it justice. Will be returning in future.

Nothing - this is a first class place to stay.

An oasis of 5 star luxury in the Caldera - thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful property. It is very clear that the owners are well travelled and familiar with travelling in style as the thoughtful touches are everywhere and made us feel completely at home as soon as we arrived. We had a lovely dinner at Potager but would say this is better suited to a lunch venue over dinner.

It was getting chilly so we had to close up the little house for the night, so we couldn't hear the waterfall from Inside. (That's it!) 🤣

The Privacy & Peacefulness. Not seeing or hearing anyone else.(Although great communication with hosts). The Massive Bath Tub and Robes. The Deck with a bar type table & stools near BBQ, also comfy outdoor seating for 2 overlooking the gorgeous waterfall (which runs even when local creeks are dry). The windows & views, cushions. The quality appliances and well thought out furnishings etc etc We don't want to spoil all the surprises! JUST Book and Go. You will not be disappointed 🥰 Perfect for a Proper Couples get away. Wish we'd had time for more than a night. Thanks for sharing your Gorgeous Place with us!

There was nothing bad about this stay. It was amazing!

We spent our anniversary at Waterfall Lodge. It was a beautiful location, very relaxing, and luxurious. Nothing was spared- from the views, wine, mini bar, robes, slippers, candlelit bath and secluded piece of paradise.

We were absolutely blown away. The whole experience was exceptional. From the beautiful surrounding nature to the lovely cabin features. So peaceful and tranquil, it truly feels like you have your own oasis. I cannot recommend more!
