We loved the swimming pool in the resort, it was kid-friendly especially for toddlers. The dinner at Bayside Bar and Grill was delicious too.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a long hot walk from the outdoor parking area to the room - there seemed to be closer undercover parking areas but I wasn't offered one. I was disappointed to find the air conditioning unit was being renovated in the middle of January. The temporary a/c unit provided was so noisy it was unusable. A fan was provided, thank goodness, but the timing seemed poor, especially given the price of the room. But the bed was comfortable, the resort quiet at night, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio, where I was soon joined by a large eastern water dragon and some inquisitive ducks! Completely contactless check-in, and I never saw a member of staff, even at the pool, so I couldn't ask about closer parking. Access to the beach and the coastal walk was a definite plus.

We are in our 70s and found access via a long hilly path very hard to get access to our room. very hard for people with walking issues. Also long walks to pool and beach for us. Left a day early couldn't handle hi8ll and couldnt find reception to inform them. sent text message but received no answer.

The booking process was confusing, the resort name it was booked under was part of the bigger Pacific Bay resort and the instructions on how to get there weren't very clear, even the street name was different on the map. The room numbering system was all over the place, no one there to explain it and we had to park a long way from room, then carry our stuff.

The room was quiet and nicely done. It opened onto patio that looked out on the lagoon, very pretty and peaceful. It had a lockable wire door which meant we could sleep with the door open instead of air conditioning. The whole resort complex was beautifully landscaped. It had a restaurant so we didn't have to walk far for dinner.
