Furnishing is a little dated.

Clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen, appliances and laundry facilities. The rooms are also huge!

Cleanliness such as door handles, light switches.This may have been due to change of room at last minute but because of the price of accommodation this was inadequate. Mould on bedroom curtain.

We were offered another room as our room stunk of fish due to previous occupants cooking. This was appreciated.

Sensational location - Manager accommodated my request for a more northerly view over the lake. I have rented a lot of holiday units & generally the cooking pots/bowls/knives etc give you very limited cooking ability but this unit had everything we needed.... 5 stars!

Pool was seriously cold! A bit noisy as planes flying to and from the airport and traffic noise noticeable on main road outside

Well appointed apartment, close to town and beaches and spacious garden great for kids. Managers Michelle and Ian fantastic - very friendly and helpful and was handy that they are Avis car rental reps as well so we could hire the car directly from them with minimal fuss

The couches in our apartment were getting a bit soft to sit on - but that's just my personal preference for a firm seat.

Ian, Michelle and their team were fantastic hosts. Great location. Well appointed apartment with comfy beds. The place is older style but clean and well maintained. The pool area was pleasant and perfect for the kids. A small supply of pool toys was an unexpected bonus. Plenty of parking - even for our trailer. Any problems were attended to immediately - for example the dryer in our laundry was broken and when we mentioned it, it was replaced within 24 hours. Great views over the lake and it really is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach!

Hot water kept running out, property sleeps 6 people There was only 3 of us To use the spa we had to boil jugs of water and pots on the stove No house keeping at all We stayed for 6 nights with 1 towel each So had to wash linen Not much kitchen supplies Had to buy a lot from shops Advertised with electric blankets and Foxtel but not there

Advertising photos for the venue are deceptive, having the main and busy road photo shopped out. The traffic noise would prohibit us from staying at this venue again. One air conditioner for the entire apartment is totally inadequate. Lighting over the main table is inadequate. Pay TV and the main bedroom TV were non operational.

Sadly we were disappointed with the location of our apartment, which was a real disappointment, we expected a water view of Merimbula, instead we were at the back of the property above the reception office. We got a partial waterview and a great view of the busy road running across the front of the property plus the airport runway. The road had almost constant traffic so sitting on the very small balcony was not an option. Overall our stay was a let down and I also feel it is only fair to let others know about the almost constant road noise. Note: request not to stay in apartment 9.

The apartment was a good size and clean, perhaps a little worn and shabby in the bathrooms, but fine.

Bathrooms were not luxury. Very dated, mirrors were very old, silver was deteriorating behind them. Taps, basin and drains were very old, noisy and soiled from age. Bed and pillows were too hard. Noisy from car park area probably because of all brick and tiles. Car park spot was difficult to get in to.

WiFi slow but found all internet to be slow in the town that's WiFi or data on telstra 5g network Alot.of business not open at all or shut early for tea

The beach was only a short walk and didn't disappoint it was beautiful.
