We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere wasn't much storage space for clothing. A few drawers and a more hanging space would be a great improvement. Noise from the room above around 1am was an issue. As our host had suggested at check-in, the room without a second floor would be a better option for quietness.
Our ground floor room was spacious, with a new bed and new carpets. The little courtyard with table and chairs was a pleasant place for an evening drink. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was exceptional.

United StatesUnfortunately, we were on a ground floor unit. We could hear every step made by the people above us. The insulation between the floors leaves a great deal to be desired. Because of the noise upstairs, we thought the room failed to live up to its billing as a "luxury suite."
