The property is located in beautiful grounds, the cottage itself was so clean and had everything you could think of for a romantic get away. We loved the little touches such as dvds, books, picnic blanket, fresh juice every morning and fresh breakfast produce was amazing. There is also a lovely bbq area with a hot tub, we will definitely be back.

There was nothing to dislike here. Liz and David offer a wonderful accommodation and are superb hosts.

We were looking for somewhere for a short break away from renovating our daughter's house - somewhere to relax and somewhere our little dog was welcome. We'll - Liz and David's place provided that - and so much more. Not only was it well appointed, clean and comfortable, all the extra little things that were provided made our stay so much more enjoyable. Liz's advice regarding pet friendly restaurants and wineries was invaluable, and the personal touches like custom made breakfast supplies and even little dog treats makes Westering Cottage stand out from the rest. We would highly recommend to all seeking a relaxing break away in the Yarra Valley.

ideally located to explore the Yarra Valley. The cottage had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast provisions, daily juice and treats we’re appreciated. The spa was also very welcoming at the end of each evening.

Hosts were very accommodating to our last minute change of plans due to covid. Feedback from my mother-in-law who stayed at the place instead of us: Our every need was catered for. We didnt want for anything. Their attention to detail was great, very personalised and very easy to communicate with. Jacuzzi was amazing, food delicious, bed and bedding very comfortable. 10/10 and will def return.

Wasn’t anything not to like.

Everything, exceptional place, at least as good as anything we have been to and better than the best. Fresh cold just squeezed juice every morning. Comfortable bed, great range of food and nibbles included. Warm and comfortable on arrival. Native bird feeder and birds just outside the window. Owners couldn’t do enough for us, lovely people. Quality fittings throughout. Just loved it.

Amazing choice and great quality breakfast supplies. The hot tub was very hot which was excellent after our long bike ride. Within riding distance to the rail trail and many eateries/wineries. Great hosts who are very friendly and know how to provide a relaxing retreat with everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay at Westering Cottage! From the moment we stepped in the door, the place was very inviting and homely. We had been left fresh food in the kitchen and some homemade goodies including dog treats for our fur baby. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the linen was 5 star quality! We will definitely be back!

Nothing. The only slight issue was with the spa not having full function (due to severe weather damage), but this was communicated to us before our trip, and we still made use of it. This is honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed at.

Everything. It's a beautiful property nestled away, but still close to everything that the yarra valley has to offer. Pictures actually don't do it justice, it's more breathtaking in person. The fresh produce for our breakfasts were fantastic, the fresh juices/smoothies delivered to your door in the morning were yummy (one of my favourite things about getting up in the morning). Liz and Dave communicate well, but give you privacy too. It's an oasis, one we were really sad to leave. We'll definitely come back!

Wow what a beautiful property to spend a long weekend. We loved the privacy of the spa and outdoor area to relax and eat our amazingly fresh provided breakfast, berries and squeezed juices. The service of the hosts was exceptional even though we didn’t meet them. The shower and other facilities were great and very very clean. Within walking distance to the rail trail, and short bike ride or drive to wineries. Our stay far exceeded our expectations 😊😊😊

We couldn't seem to figure out how to lock the door leading to the deck but otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Liz and Dave were amazing hosts who went out of their way to personalise and make our stay the best experience we could have! The cottage was also so beautiful and clean which made us feel very comfortable during our visit!
