Too much furniture in the apartment, made it difficult to move around

I marked it down for comfort purely because of the noise from the two apartments upstairs. They appear to be (permanent) residents and were unfortunately rather noisy - understandably as they are used to their routine of school/work etc. However one had a visitor that had a yappy dog and that was slightly annoying. If I was to stay here again, I would ask for top floor apartment or prefer one without residents.

Apartment was surprising very spacious. It was very clean and adequately stocked for two or three nights. Great location - an easy walk to the marina. Check in was super easy and reception staff was very friendly and explained everything well. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Some items (e.g. bedroom fan) looked "aged" but this is purely aesthetics and does not impact on functionality.

Reception opening times are quite limited especially during the weekend, the apartment was no perfectly clean and we did not find wifi login instructions when we checked in

Location really good, not fussed by the hard bed and no pillow choice so ended up with both sore necks and backs. Poor sleep. Easy to find.

The reception staff were not very friendly. The apartment was uninviting; the bed was uncomfortable; there was no hair dryer; there was no lift for a 3 story property; and the apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival.

We had a car so driving short distances to bars and restaurants wasn’t a problem.

The apartment did lack some things like toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, disappointing.

A very well thought out space with adequate amounts of crockery/cutlery for dishwasher and all very good quality. Baking dishes, serving dishes and some salad servers! (we have been travelling Australia for business since April and this is the best equipped Airbnb we have come across). Oh, and mention the 3 TV's, one large in a dedicated space, great for a Netflix night.

I'm not a complainer, for the price it was reasonable. Yes, a little annoying having one bathroom, but we survived. It wasn't a big deal. I would suggest maybe providing an extra blanket or two, and maybe some of the pillows needs replacing. That's it really

Everything was as expected. Communication was great. Facilities were great. We were there for a school state sporting event, so it had what we needed. I realise that the apartments are on the older side, but everything was clean and useful. Basics were provided. It was secure too, needing a key to get in, and a safe place to park. Pool and spa was clean. And I liked that they used a sofa bed for our third child, rather than them having to sleep on the couch. A lot of places don't do this, so I really appreciate it.

The noise from the upstairs neighbour was just awful. Constant thumping footsteps. I couldn’t sleep until they had gone to bed and was woken in the morning as soon as the loud footsteps from above started.

Our apartment was on the third floor and No lift.

We only stayed 1 night as the other property we had booked was fully booked and we needed an additional Night. But this was great. Huge apartment. Great pool Area. Well stocked and sparking clean. We stayed at the Shelley bay too and the Ramada was so so much better.

For everything that was great a big let down was the Donna not being in a quilt cover, it was tucked between two bed sheets.
