Cozy little cottage in a nice location. Gorgeous outlook to the wetlands.

Getting covered in cobwebs when going from passageway to lounge. Sitting side saddle on the toilet because it's placement is too close to the wall. Then they have placed a hand rail on the wall too to make it even more complicated. Glad we were not disabled as it would be a nightmare to manage. Shower is pokey. Advice is don't drop the soap as you can't bend over to pick it up. Also you can't dress in the shower room, you need to move to the adjoining bathroom. There is a shower in the 2nd bathroom but it is over the bath and for us wasn't an option. Not the cleanest accommodation

King bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with all that you need. Close to town and quiet location. Living rooms and bedrooms are spacious.

A great location with lots of birdlife on the water, really comfortable, with all that was needed for great stay. BBQ was a bonus.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the couches very uncomfortable. No wifi.

The location was central to everything. The shower was great. Garden setting was lovely.

Furnishings etc. were a bit dated but still pleasant.

A cosy little space, not the most modern but comfortable. We had a pleasant stay here and would consider again if visiting the area. Shower had great water pressure!

Loved the location. Cottage was lovely, warm and clean. Bed was massive. Beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Beautiful hot water, great pressure in the shower.

Rain water for making drinks would be appreciated. The town water is bore water and I find it undrinkable.

Reverse cycle heater and air-con was not working at all. Malfunction buttons dis[played that it required maintenance; we couldn't do anything about that on a weekend. Luckily there was a portable IXL Heater in the bedroom which we were able to use to warm the living area on a wintry weekend. Also blinds were broken at top of curtain rail.

Great location by a little lake with a group of other cottages only a short stroll from the main streets. A nice roomy cottage the size of a small house, plenty of space. Appreciated the range of kitchen utensils appliances and items. Easy parking and access to cottage with its own grounds. Nice shower.

Small split system mounted in wall in lounge room, inadequate for heating whole house and filter needed cleaning (lights flashing, and house smelled damp/musty on arrival). Exposed wires and overloaded powerpoint in bedroom with 2x single beds.

Great location, very quiet and within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, wharf, etc. Comfy beds and good quality bedlinen, nice towels and toiletries in bathroom.

When we arrived at the cottage it smelt of and old house that has been locked up for months. It was clean but perhaps needs a deep clean, carpet maybe, to get rid of the musty smell. We did open all the doors and windows to freshen it up.

Location is perfect, walk to shops and most places to visit. The view and the setting is lovely.

The water (not the accommodation fault but Port Fairy's supply of treated bore water.) It was undrinkable, especially in coffee and tea.

Quiet location but short flat walk to the main town centre. The outlook onto the little lake with bird life was lovely. Ample comfortable seating and kitchen crockery etc was in plentiful supply. Good value

- Lack of wifi - Minor details e.g. cheap toilet paper, broken ice cube maker. Not big deals but some things that the owners could easily address.

My husband had to fix the TV by connecting the wire to antenna. And the heater didn't work until my husband cleaned the filters and reset at the power box.

Loved the plan of the house. Very family friendly, with Webber and outdoor setting.

Dark and needs a complete refresh.Television was propped up with a bible and still on an awkward angle.Air conditioning was difficult to operate.Gardens not really attractive.No carport or cover for car.Shower room was very confined.
