It is expected that we wash any dishes used however it is quite difficult to wash them in the small bathroom sink. Also we were unable to fit the kettle under the tap to fill it so we had to fill the kettle using a mug under the tap then pour it into the kettle. Not a big deal, just a bit annoying. The shower also had quite a bit of black mould around the base.

The location suited us really well and we were able to park our large trailer onsite not far from our room which was great.

Had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Thought a better idea would be that the owners washed the dishes in a dishwasher therefore next tenants would be guaranteed clean dishes.

The only thing I found somewhat under par was the inside of the microwave. I know you can't always have brand new appliances and things can get a little worn while still being very clean. However, the area under the rotating plate wasn't just a little rusty, it had a little food crust on it in places. Nothing major but a little off-putting. It is just a little too far from the town for a leisurely walk-in. But if you're looking for a quiet, comfy, well-equipped place for a night before travelling on, then it certainly fits the bill.

I didn't order breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The room was ample, clean, very quiet and private. There was plenty of hot water and the pressure was very good. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Parking area is large, not cramped.

Reception staff was welcoming. Room Basic but clean and value for money. Was great that there was toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery. Was quiet and got good night's rest after long drive. And good shower.

Being in Room 1 I did hear the Laundry going half the night. Maybe next time a room at the end of the premises away from the Laundry would be good :)

The Owners run the Motel very well. The cleaning lady was excellent at her job. Others staying there were quiet and that made it easier to get my work done.

Large room well appointed for travellers staying a few days. Friendly staff. Electric blankets, reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, crockery and cutlery. Breakfast making facilities. Space for kids to play safely.

Motel was easy to find and had all the amenities I needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. At all times the management were very communicative. The price was very reasonable as well. I would stay there again.

Close proximity to the town of Portland good signage from the highway facilities were good for the money we paid room was clean and tidy.

Didn't have the breakfast but the location suited our needs perfectly. It was great to have room to park my boat as this enabled me to fish during the day, stay over night at the motel and then fish again the next morning before heading home.

Our room was very spacious & comfy We loved that the big window looked out to a private back garden - meant we could leave the curtains open...lovely Nav, the owner/manager, let us leave our car while we walked the GSWW & made room for us when we arrived back earlier than planned.
