Couch not comfortable, bed to low, entry door extremely heavy, had problem getting all luggage thru door, security card did not open front door.

It would have been nice to have two keycards instead of the one. The card is required to use the lift, so 2 people moving about separately made it a little annoying when one of us didn't have the keycard for the lift.

The bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell coming from the drain the whole time I was there but seemed to be working just fine. The bar/casino directly below was a bit noisy late at night, particularly on the weekends.

The location was amazing. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

The smell of sewage when you use the washing machine and having to pay extra for a sofa bed to be used, which is definitely not fit for an adult to sleep on. My daughter has a bad back now after 3 nights on it.

Location on a stunning beach and plenty of places to eat & drink within walking distance.

I didn't like having to provide a security bond of $200 after booking and paying with booking.com. I didn't like having to sign a separate contract with the property agent. I didn't like having to wait 3 days for my bond to be released which was held as "pending" within my own account but was not accessible to me (and was quoted 5-7 days after checking out). I didn't like that I had to wash the dishes (or alternatively you could stack the dishwasher) and empty my own rubbish in the rubbish chute at the other end of the floor; which if I didn't do so I may possibly be charged an additional cleaning fee which would have been withheld from my bond.

The location, the view, the cleanliness, the view from the bedroom and balcony were phenomenal. Central location with so much to see and do. Communication from the property agent was excellent. Emails and sms notifications were super efficient and streamlined and an emergency contact number was also available.

The lounge/sofabed was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. No use for it as a bed. Air conditioner, when turned on, stated filter needed to be replaced. Fan in bathroom not working, but looking up, it was probably too clogged with dust to operate properly regardless. When retrieving an earring that rolled under corner of island bench in kitchen I also found large chunks of broken glass.

A very light filled apartment. Clear, detailed check in instructions. Location was excellent. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, tram. On walk/cycle path. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom with ample dishwasher tabs, tea, coffee, shampoo etc. Great pool for laps and gym a good size. Fast, readily available elevators.

Great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I loved the coffee machine. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows.

Nothing to dislike in apartment. We did struggle with self check in & finding the key location. I did try to phone but there was no answer

Amazing apartment, immaculately clean & had everything we could need. Stunning views from the bedroom & balcony. I never wanted to leave!! Really close to everything in Glenelg & only a short tram then into adelaide
