Location was on an industrial estate between a bottle shop and a hotel filled with tradies and had a skimpy night. Windows couldn’t be opened and there was no working exhaust van/ventilation in the bathroom. The room had an overpowering bleach smell. No hairdryer or cloth to wipe the coffee/tea making area.

During our stay, we were not able to sleep well, it was hard to relax in our room because it was so noisy. The band music was very loud from downstairs and if there's no action to be taken in this issue most likely I will not recommend to anyone to stay there. There was one time two male adults were in the hallway near the stairs looks like a bit drunk shouting at each other then knocked on their door too loud and it even scared my youngest son.

We didn't eat any breakfast at all from the hotel. Our meals were all provided outside. The location is okay, we don't mind because we had our own transportation. The staff that we'd met when we first check-in were all approachable and nice.

I think it was overpriced for a pretty ordinary hotel motel in a semi-industrial area. The Mecure at the airport is only $10 more.

Limited cleaning. Towels were dirty or not cleaned correctly. Replacement towels same. Bathroom not cleaned correctly, lots of soap in shower from previous stays. We needed to wipe down room on arrival. Aircon noisy requires service. Had to turn aircon off at night to sleep in hot stuffy room. First floor accommodation up narrow flight of stairs, needs to be stressed. Not enough information on access provided. Picked hotel as suited travel needs but above issues were a concern.

Noise a out board moter was started up at 12pm And a bit noise in general but i was enjoing my stay to much to let it bother me so much but if i wanted a lot off rest this isnt a good place to stay

When booking the room I saw an image on the website which attracted me to the premises, however on arrival the room was dated, dirty and not was on the website. For $145.00 per night, I could of got a modern room in the CBD, very disappointed.

Food was above average for a pub so far from CBD, Sports Bar was well lit and staff were on the ball when it came to service.

We booked in a hurry so it's largely our fault that we were surprised at how remote relative to the center the hotel/motel was. Luckily Uber and bus trips were relatively easy.

The wifi didn’t work on TV to watch Netflix. And the staff didn’t know how to fix it. Also there was no blankets available on the first night which made sleep very uncomfortable.

Room on photos looked great It is an industrial area Couldn’t get into Reception by the door most of the time and no one was at the desk no bell that you could ring to get them. Cupboard in room was falling apart. All rooms are upstairs-hard to carry suitcases when you are older +gravel driveway making it hard for suitcases to roll Bathroom old and dirty Staff were pleasant enough when they weren’t ignoring you

This room was not really clean, there was a half used shampoo in the shower and a blown up new years toy in the wardrobe. Location is not near anything else really but we knew that when we booked. The room we had was nothing like the ones advertised - I assume they're doing them up bit by bit and have photos of the renovated ones.

Staff were friendly. Overall not a bad place to stay if the room had been clean and had been the same as displayed in the photos. Was alright for a one night stay where we didn't spend much time in the room.

Excellent value for money The room was quiet, spacious and beautifully renovated with comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and the locals are fun to have a game of pool with. Overall, an enjoyable stay!
