The check in procedure was a little daunting. Gaining access to 33rd floor was tricky the morning after when I wanted to leave my bag. They very politely offered to collect my bag from my room at 10am but I was anxious about retrieving it later with gaining access to the 33rd floor. Otherwise everything was just fine. Receptionist was helpful.

The check in and parking organisation was bit clunky and could be streamlined a bit better I think.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that we hardly had phone reception and the WiFi was very slow.

Location was perfect for exploring the city. The free city tram is right outside the door. Southern Cross station is 3min walk away. Very easy to reach the property from the airport. The view from our apartment was amazing (we were on the 55th floor). We also enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym. All very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly as well.

Pool facilities were not clean and the spa was not very warm. When we turned the jets on, the water foamed up and the chlorine burned our eyes. The apartment was clean at face value but lots of dust build up around the skirting boards. There were no trays for the oven to cook with and we had to ask for the cot and high chair although we had requested a cot and the booking stated the age of our children.

I was shocked with the hidden costs,we arrived to check in only to find we then had to pay a $600 bond,card only as they don’t accept cash then on top of that a fee for parking 2 cars for 2 nights was $120 that again was a hidden cost we didn’t know about until the day of checking in,then the staff member informs us that the parking garage was closed on the Tuesday due to maintenance which meant we had to get the cars out by 9am if we needed them and can’t return to parking garage until after 3 pm so all up on day of arrival I had to pay $720 in hidden costs that we had no idea about,that is not acceptable with the cost of staying there this should be mentioned in there online advertising.so be aware when staying at Winston apartments in there hidden fees.

The views were amazing from the 37th floor room nice and tidy disappointed in the hidden costs that we got stung with on arrival.

the apartment is starting to show its age. it is a very small space for a 2 bedroom apartment with minimal room around the beds in the bedroom and space in the living area.

this is in a great location, with CBD tram station out the front. room was clean and tidy with comfy beds

The location of the hotel was very good. Close to Melbourne CBD, South Bank and South Wharf. Walking distance to all. Generally speaking the accomodation was good, The staff member who checked us in was exceptional and couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms were neat and tidy and had everything you need including washing machine and dryer.
