Room needs a refresh (scuff marks on walls etc). Toiletries not sufficient for a four day stay. Two bedder would be tight living if four people were staying.

Room was a bit noisy as could hear the traffic noise. However, I live in a very quiet area, so any noise is foreign to me. The pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Room was a little bit tired, with marks on the walls and red tape on a few spots like the door frame of 1 bedroom. The kitchen mixer leaks so they had a plastic cup to catch the water and pour into the sink which was odd. Balcony also had red tape on the tiles which meant we didn't really feel safe using it. we couldn't get one of the windows to stay shut and woke us up to banging from the wind in the morning. 1 shower door wouldn't stay shut and the other shower didn't keep some of the water in so we had to use a towel to not get water everywhere.

Great location, apartment was spacious for the 3 of us (2 adults and a 3 year old) Room was tidy. and even though we did self-check in which was a bit confusing, they were very accommodating to explain the process. We were also able to leave our car a bit longer the next day and it was an easy process.

Not much in the way of things not to like about this place. If you are flying in for work or a quick little getaway and want some extra comfort without emptying your pockets, then this place is great.

A hidden gem that exceeded my expectations. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment style accommodation. The pool and spa area is tremendous and worth visiting. Great city and sea views and very helpful and friendly staff.

A fairly convoluted process to check in if you also want to use the apartment carpark. (However staff were very helpful with the process) Apartment is small and a little tired. Lots of scrape marks on walls, grout dirt in bathroom. And the bedroom is so small, you have to push the bed to the side in order to close the door. Amazing view and comfy bed tho.

It was quite noisy, particularly on windy days/nights that made it impossible to sleep. The walls creaked so loudly as the building moved, it’s hard to believe this would not have been complained about before. Needs maintenance. Shower leaks very badly out across the floor. The water damage to the door frame and wall is very bad. The carpet has unsightly stains on floor in bedroom. The couches need cleaning down the sides of the cushions. Our 4 year old found half a pill on the floor, lucky she handed it to us instead of ingesting it. Kitchen lacked oven trays for cooking.

Being a residential building, there is no lobby as such, the reception is set up in one of the apartment rooms. The lovely staff did provide clear instructions on how to get to their reception. The staff generally can only physically attend to you and/or apartment during their office hours. For example, on the first evening I didn't realise we needed an extra set of towels to utilise the pool.

I booked Winston Apartments for a 3 night stay for my 6 year old son and myself. Location was great, close to Sothern Cross Station (with us using Skybus from the airport), and there is a tram stop right outside, making every place very accessible. You have a wow moment when you first see the floor to ceiling stunning views on coming into your apartment. Our apartment was on level 55 and was able to see views of Yarra River and the Crown Casino. From our apartment, we could watch the gas fire balls in front of the Crown every night. You don't want to close the blinds for the night! Apartment was very clean throughout and provided basic kitchen and bathroom needs. We had a great stay, thank you!

Although it suited our needs, the bedrooms were a little small and had very little drawer space. The furniture was a little outdated but on having said that, we would gladly return.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Very easy access to trams and train station. The view was sensational; we were on the 63rd floor. The staff were very approachable and obliging.
